I've been trying to contact this company for a month through emails. After I ordered the item, (weighted Hula Hoop), I received a response that this item was shipped to Fed EX to deliver. After checking with Fed Ex who stated they never received the item. Contacted Walmart through their website and all they would do was to contact the sender and I should receive a reply within 48 hours. After many similar emails and responses from Walmart and none from Bright Sales inc., I requested a refund and no response from Walmart or Bright Sales!
I ordered an item one month ago, but it never came. I have requested the seller contact me 5 times. No reply still! Do not order from this seller.
