I ordered a gun safe from Bravogo Inc a vendor of Wal Mart when I received it the instructions are so vague I couldn't program the lock. I sent a e-mail trying to get some info I've heard nothing. I've also tried to get information on the internet and I can not find anything. I'm taking it back to Wal Mart I will never buy from this vendor again!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM BRAVOGO INC. They are out to scammed customers ordering through Walmart.com. I never receive the (2) garage ceiling lights that I ordered. Instead I received some cheap plastic gadget in the mail that I didn't order. At first I was confused, until I noticed that my order was marked as delivered that same day the weird looking gadget came in the mail. Walmart reimbursed me for the lights, but why is Bravogo Inc. allowed to get away with this?

Your customer service and ability to provide your product in plain English SUCKS. I will talk to Wall Mart about stopping to use you as a vendor because you are a reflection on their stores reputation. Two weeks without even the decency and professionalism to even contact me the customer for any problems with your company has in fulling your orders. I spoke to Upper Management already and they informed me that the complaints about your company are pilling up and they are considering using another vendor. You had the ball and dropped it at the three yard line. Don't worry Wall Mart is hiring stock boys!!!!!

Ordered 2 lights from Walmart and one was broke. Walmart advised I needed to call Bravago. They were supposed to send a replacement but it would not be in stock until May 20 she said. It's now 7/8 and still no light and can not get a hold of the company. When I replay to the original email she sent me saying she would send a replacement, the emails keep bouncing back saying address not found.

Ordered package of 3 LED lights for garage and have not received them yet, even though got email saying was sent. Now it just says delayed and can't get no response from them.

I paid for a two pack on this order #3892061-260800 and only received one of them, of course i was charged for two on my credit card! Also the one light i did receive was in an envelope and the box was somewhat mangled. Thankfully the one light i got did work. I have tried multiple times to contact Bravago Inc. (Walmart states i must work through this company) to get this issue fixed, but every message i have sent does not go through. All i am asking is that you send me the 2nd light i already paid for? Believe me i wouldn't take the time to go to these lengths, but a $25.00 light bulb i ordered (that i do not have) does not sit well with me. Please respond, i have left text msgs for Walmart customer support 3x and so far NO RESPONSE! Can you please fix this situation?

We purchased (3) 80W LED Garage lights to try them out.

We were so impressed with the difference the lights provided in the garage we ordered (14) more lights for the horse barn.

(12) of the lights were installed in all of the horse stalls. Incredible difference.

We did have an issue with one of the lights. I contacted customer service. Within 24 hours I was contacted by Dora. Dora arranged for shipment of a replacement light along with an extra light for my troubles. We will be purchasing an additional (15) lights. Our barn glows at night. Dora went out of her way to make things right.

We received a damaged package (probably not Bravogo's fault) and contacted them for a replacement. They agreed to send a new one, but nothing has been recieved and it's been 18 days. They still had 9 days to make Christmas but they sent nothing and have not said anything. Avoid them.
