WARNING BUYER BEWARE. I ordered several Funkos from this company and have never received one of them. I have email numerous times and was told the first time do to covid everything was taking longer. It has been 13 months and I have not received anything or any further emails. My invoice shows unfulfilled but they will not refund my money or send me anything. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered 5 of the Eddie Van Halen funkos in Dec. of 2021 knowing they would not be available until July. since then zero responses from them to numerous emails and Facebook messages. total ripoff

I ordered 2 tom brady bobble heads in November and still haven't received them.

Pre-Ordered back at 22 January 2022, tried to contact the seller on 31 January. Got a swift response on the 1st of February.

My question was when the bundle of 4 yugioh pops would be sent. Pre-order ETA was February 2022.

So at that time I thought everything was legit, with a response on hand.

Well tried to contact them on: 1st of April, 7th of April, 14th of April, 25th of June on the same mail but never got answered.

Tried to start a new mail on 3rd of July and 11th of July.

Tried to contact via the website chatbot.

Tried everything, can't phone them from The Netherlands.

Getting in contact is shit.

Only plus side is the fact I keep getting the mail of my order update.

They admit that I am still waiting for a shipment to be sent.

Though the update in the ETA is now March 2022.. It's almost August!

Probably never buying from them again.

I placed 2 orders with this company. One of them was a preorder of Star Wars Valentine's Day Funko pops I placed it on January 16 this year. I knew the order would take some time to receive. On May 23rd I got a notice that my order was being processed and would ship soon. It's now June 4th and no update. They actually are now saying that my order shipped and that I received it in February. The order I received in February was of 2 Kansas City Chiefs Funko Pops. They were delivered quick and in excellent condition. I have emailed screen shots of both orders trying to show them the mix up. Still be no Valentines Funko Pops and no responses to my emails once again

Do yourself a favor and don't order from this company.

I placed an order in JANUARY, it's the last week of MAY, I ordered an Eddie Van Halen, and the set of Eddie from Iron Maiden. I will NEVER EVER buy from this scam again! I don't want a reund, at this point I want my Collectables. These were a Bday gift for someone in APRIL, the VERY difficult to navigate spreadsheet is NO HELP, there is NO phone number and ZERO customer service. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

I placed an order back in November 2021 and was told all i was waiting for was my Neo funko pop from the new Matrix movie and then my entire order of 6 pops would be shipped. Since then the company has to answer any of emails regarding my order, never answer the messenger and have basically stolen my money. THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE NEVER BUY FROM THEM

I purchased 8 of the Venom Vs Spiderman Pops and all of which came in damaged packaging. I will never order from this company again because they conduct horrible business.

This place is a joke. Ordered on December 12th, 2021. Still haven't received my order. Contacted them now 4 times. They emailed me back the 1st 2 times with some "B...S..." about not having the product in. I went directly to their website.... all products I ordered were on hand. They haven't responded the last 2 times. DO NOT GET SCAMMED LIKE ME! I ordered from Ozzies Collectibles twice since then, and received both orders....... and they are located in Australia. This place is less than a 2 hour drive from me.
