This seller needs to be banned from selling anywhere. I usually don't have time to write reviews, but this one has to be publicized so potential customers are informed about Bosleyshop LLC before making a decision to purchase. When the item arrived I opened the postal package and took out the box, the box was torn apart in multiple places and had holes. The item itself was deformed, scratched and some parts of this item were dirty. This product was obviously used before, looks like the seller shipped me an item that someone else returned to them. I immediately called Walmart customer service. Agent filed an incident report and said they have to contact a seller. Here where the absolutely unacceptable, unprofessional, ignorant and humiliating experience begins: seller emailed me asking for an order # (I assume they had it when Walmart sent them a message), but Ok, I replied with order #. Their next reply was a request to send them as they said "the pictures of the broken item". I haven't used the item, I took pictures of the multiple problems of the item as it arrived to me. Their next reply was a request to send them pictures again and the mp4 video via system (I was shocked at that point to be honest). They said they've been a serious seller for years. I replied that I already sent them pictures. They replied the following "Maybe there is some mistake,we will report this problem to our supplier" and offered me a $5 refund as their "sincere apology" and to keep the item to save on postage (first of all if I would return the whole item the return is free so not sure what kind of postage they are talking about) and asked me if I think that was Ok. I replied that No that would not be Ok, I need a full refund because this item came in not only in a torn all over box, deformed and scratched, but also dirty so who knows how it was used before, obviously it wasn't a brand new. I could wash it, but why would it be my responsivity, I paid full cost for it and the item was supposed to be absolutely new, that is what expected from sellers/merchants of products. Now is where humiliation of me by them began: to my replied they began emailing me same messages over and over again like 4 times, and it wasn't a glitch in the system, it looked like they copied and pasted their message offering their "sorry" (and that's it?) to my replies, looked like they are just playing games. What "serious seller" what professional company would act like little kids?? I ended up calling Walmart again reporting their replies to me and Walmart was the one issuing me a full refund and saying that they do need to ban this seller from their website.

Trying to return an item that is not what we thought we were getting, very poor quality. Boseley does not respond to emails. Will never order online at Walmart again if this is the kind of businesses they deal with.

I tried returning a blazer that was too big. Walmart said they couldn’t return it and to contact the seller. I contacted Bosleyshop LLC and they just gave me the run around. Never ever order from Walmart.com if it says Bosleyshop is the seller. You will never get your money back and the quality and fit of their clothes is terrible!

My first order with you and the 30w USB power adapter arrived in a crushed box. Face plate ripped off plug connection distorted. And instructions missing. Not impressed

THEY SENT A CABLE REQUIRED SYSTEM THOUGHT THE PROTECTION OF WALMART. WALMART DID NOTHING EXCEPT LIE ABOUT GIVING ME A REFUND. PACKAGE WAS RETURNED WITH A WALMART RETURN FEDEX LABEL WHICH I HAVE A RECEIPT FOR. I MET ALL REQUIREMENT FOR THE REFUND.
