Horrible seller. I placed 2 orders in the span of a week and they messed both of them up! I even emailed them several times to make sure one of the listings was correct before I placed my order. I was "assured" it was. They STILL sent me the wrong item!

The other order was for 2 dresses, one of them had a huge pull and run on the front! Unwearable! And they even had the gall to send me a request for positive feedback for the other dress that was OK. They sent the request on the weekend when they clam they are closed and couldn't help with other customer issues.

Never again. No stars. But this site requires me to leave at least one. Not fair.

I purchased a pair of shoes from BOBBI + BRICKA on Sears.com website. Well, they sent me "2 LEFT SHOES" which I immediately processed to return for a refund. Needless to say, I was surprised when I got a reply from BOBBI + BRICKA telling me they would provide a label but I had to pay for return postage -- along with conditions for them returning some or all of my purchase price. I immediately contacted the sears.com website (and searched the web) to find out how to file a grievance against Sears and their MarketPlace sellers BOBBI + BRICKA. Sears escalated my grievance and BOBBI + BRICKA lied to and apologized for, what I consider, their trying to screw me around. Finally got my refund approved.

I bought shoes through Amazon but Bobbi and Bricka were the sellers. Incorrect shoes were sent . Shoes were not in a shoebox. They were wrapped in tan paper with an elastic around them and shipped in a white plastic bag. Now they want me to return the shoes to get my money back and to be responsible for the condition the shoes are received in. So I should be responsible for shoes wrapped in paper and shipped in plastic?? Do not purchase from this company!!

Do not purchase from this vendor. They are now selling via Wal-Mart. They auto-populated an incorrect address and shipped it to that person. I notified them when I realized their error and they basically said "out of their hands." Fradulent, Beware!

Please stay away from this site. They send what ever size they like and bluntly argue that it’s right piece though you show proof. They just deny to admit they messed up. Worst customer service ever. Stay away

Do not shop at this shoddy business!!! I would have gave it no stars, but you have to at least give one star. I purchased a Calvin Klein dress for $65.00 and when it arrived it had a markdown sticker of $29.93. They told me it was from a previous sale and I would have to pay the$65.00. The devil is a lie, what do I look like paying full price for a dress that is permanently marked down. They got this dress from Macy's clearance rack, and want full price for merchandise that has been reduced. They forgot to take the sticker off that's how I became aware of their shoddy practices. Don't buy anything from Bobbi & Bricka, go to Macy's yourself and shop the sales rack, at least they are a reputable place of business!

Ordered a red Tommy Hilfiger longsleeve sweater from Bobby + Bricka via Walmart . Received tracking number only to get a Paypal alert that my money was refunded by Walmart. there was no explanation whatsoever. Note that this was the same day that the package was marked out for delivery. Only to receive a pack of white powder that I didn't order...lol. Don't waste your time and money with this seller.

Absolutely terrible charged for items never received! Sent items different from what I purchased and the list goes on and on! This merchant is an absolute disaster! Buyer beware! Do not do business with Bobbi Bricka!

Worst supplier ever

Walmart accepts our return for an item that displayed an incorrect size that did not fit and but these people denied us the ability- beware of their fraudulent methods

They sell through many other retailers so as soon as you see BOBBI AND BRICKA ADD BEWARE

RIDICULOUS that Walmart doesn’t bother too bad for people like us - lucky it was only $20.00 this time but thanks to this we won’t be shopping with Walmart as they claim that these are MARKET PLACE SELLERS

I ordered long sleeve color block football style T-shirt just to have enough for free shipping from Walmart. They charged me $8.99 for shipping and I tried to cancel as soon as I saw it but couldn’t. When we got the shirt it was off white shirt sleeve. Nothing like what I ordered

I placed an online order with Bobbi+Bricka via Walmart on Sept. 19 and the wrong item was sent. Upon returning to my order acknowledgment to see the item that I ordered, the item is no longer available according to walmart.com so I'm assuming that when my order was being processed they grabbed something of the same color and sent instead. The ideal customer service response would to have been to contact me stating this item is no longer available...would you like a refund or another item..... The short-sleeve cropped cardigan they sent looks absolutely nothing like, and is not even of the same style as, the oversized long-sleeved pullover top that I ordered.

Bobbi and Bricka has screwed up my order twice.

1. They sent me an item I never ordered ( a purple women's top). I NEVER ordered, & returned the item unopened to USPS.

2. They used the identical USPS tracking # for an item that I DID order---- order # 2941988-264420. I payed for this item (Giani Bernini thong sandals). You assigned the identical tracking # for both items. Thus I NEVER received the Giani sandals !

3. I am never able to contact Bibbi and Bricka customer service. No one answers the phone & NO ONE replies to my emails.

4. Walmart is attempting to contact you for me. They also are NOT able to reach you by phone.

5. I sincerely want this problem to be successfully resolved within 24 hours. I want to receive my shoe order, and I want to be contacted by a customer service supervisor immediately. My email address: [email protected]

Please resolve my problem and ship my Giani Bernini sandal order ASAP.
