They never delivered my phone. They decided to make threats that they would contact the authority. I happy invited them to do just that. I don’t have a delivery problem because I get all my other items. Just not from this company. If I did not use the Walmart site, I wouldn’t never heard of such a horrible company. Customer service is horrible and disrespectful. I will tell everyone this story so they can not shop with a company that will not delivey
Don't buy phone from this company, they gave me a used one for the price of brand new iphone XR. The instructions on how to return is 2 pages, and I didn't even care to touch it. As soon as I open it, I packed it and sent it for return. So disappointing buying from Walmart online and Walmart just throw it to third party like this.
I'd give them ZERO stars if that were possible. Misleading listing and won't stand by the DUD iphone they sold me. DO NOT BUY A PHONE FROM THIS SELLER.

I purchased a phone that was advertised as 4g VoLTE/ 5g compatible. I found out through my provider it actually wasn't and isn't supported due to this. I wrote a number of times only to hear back once after the 30 days passed to tell me it was past their return policy time. I wasted $ I don't have on a phone I can't use. I would never recommend them
I would leave less than one stars if I could!! Would NEVER recommend buying from this seller. I ordered an iPhone and it was delivered obviously in condition, that was not specified in the phone description but whatever, that was fine. Not even 10 mins later the phone is crawling with tiny little bugs coming out of the speaker and the lining of the phone. Absolutely disgusting!! I’ve tried several times to do a return and always get an error message when trying to contact the seller. Waste of money. Horrible customer service and even more horrible products!!
DONT NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SELLER!!!!!!!!! I ordered from walmart market place a kyocera duraforce pro... i got no charger with the phone and the battery didnt last more than 6 hrs if it was being used or not, it constantly shuts off and on until it is plugged in, it didnt matter if the battey was full or not! it completely stopped woring a few days ago! ive had no luck or help with returning this phone! This seller is shady! no doubt about it!
I bought two phones from them. First one I wasn’t able to connect to a company because the phone was still locked and I could get anyone from here to respond. Second phone stopped working after three weeks and I could not find anyone to fix it because of the way they fixed it. All they have is a phone number that you leave a voicemail and no one returns calls. I have emailed several times and no one responds to those either. they steal your money and give you bad products.
I brought an I phone 7 32gb for my son for Christmas. Didn’t open it up until Christmas Day, no charging box nor a SIM card was included in the box. Only worked for one day. My son told me the phone was running hot and the battery wouldn’t stay charged long. Contacted Walmart to have trouble shoot the problem 12/26. Hardly no response from blue bird. Had to contact Walmart again for them to tell me to wait for a email from blue bird. Only for them to tell me it has exceeded the return policy. I’m like what the heck?! So I email them back asking what is the return policy. No response. I had to contact Walmart again now I am being told that I am pass the 30 day for a return and I have to wait for another email from blue bird to approve my return. This is a load of crap!! Period point blank! I didn’t know I was purchasing through a 3rd party from the jump. Now I have to jump through hoops to get my money back because they sold me a broke phone. This is poor customer at its best
Do not purchase anything from them. We work hard for our money. They sold me a broken phone for Christmas. I did not open it until Christmas Eve. Phone gets hot and light comes on and will not go off. The charger is not compatible with phone. No block or SIM card. They know exactly what they doing. They need to send me a shipping label and give me my money back. Walmart needs to look into this situation. 0 stars my baby need a phone
We purchased 2 “new” SE2020 unblocked iPhones from 3rd party Bluebird Wireless, via Walmart. The first phone is still working, however the second phone is not. It went black screen and stopped working within 2 days of being set up. I question if these phones are “new as advertised. They arrived in plain boxes with no plastic wrapping. Also there was no SIM card pin/clip with the phone and charger.
As the price was the same as a direct-from-Apple price, why risk buying a suspect “new” phone.

Bought a new iphone from them through Walmart. It was only $4 less than a brand new one from the apple store. It arrived a day later than promised and is a refurbished phone with no warranty despite being listed as new and 1 year warranty.
I bought a Plum RAM 8 4G phone from them in April this year. When I checked IMEI number it shows it's a 3G. I told them I needed a 4G before I ordered and they assured me it was. The box even has 4G on it. My provided says it's a 3G phone and will be cut off in Feb because it's a 3G . We will need a 5G or higher. The guy at the stores says they are wrong and they did nothing wrong. I can't return the phone now so it was a waste of money and I was lied to. Be aware that Bluebird Wireless are using Walmart to sell their outdated merchandise.
I purchased a Plum Ram 8 flip phone the later part of May. Had a lot of trouble with it. Called Plum a few times and they were not able to resolve my problems. I always had to leave a message for a call back. The last time I spoke to them I was told it was a problem with AT&T. So I called my carrier who uses AT&T towers and they told me they had no idea what they were talking about! I emailed them to see about returning the phone and I received a short message saying, "Sear customer We offer a 30 day return policy" I guess they didn't know how to spell Dear! The sound quality on the phone it is extremely hard to understand what is being said and even the ring quality is really bad. Terrible product and even worse customer service. They don't even deserve 1 star!

We ordered a phone, there was delayed shipping. The phone was junk. we couldn't even get a sim card in it. we tried to return the phone and was told the return time had passed (even though shipping was delayed two weeks). return denied. junk company with junk products
Ordered a phone with bluebird wireless on the 5th of February, and they canceled my order saying it was a delay. Okay but I haven’t received my $110 and I’m trying to reach out to someone about my reimbursement? Can anyone help
