Everything. Ordered jan 3. Got mold, sent back. Never heard. 3 weeks i contacted them. Said it was ok and 6 weeks it will be good. 7 weeks. Nothing so i left a one star review. Then she wrote back it will be 2 weeks, that was feb 18. So a few days short of a month and not even a shipping number. So its not sent ... I got 2 silver teeth but until i seen u said gold, i thought i wrote that.. like "dang, i don't remember being on this site" lol.. ok so im white and spanish so i cant say nothing but wtf ever made me see a lil old white etsy shop lady and think " this is who i want to make my grillz" . As soon as i did it i looked at her lil pic on there and she looked like she made custom mugs or something. I had a bad feeling. The company bio said they started in a lil home office.... One day she was like "hey fred .. want me to make you some of them gold fronts like that missy the misdemeanor Elliots music video? I love braids and those mouths... when they get filled with fronts. " lmao. Its my bad... Like Really. Im giving them another star because..ts on me .. btw idk who fred is... I made that up... That shop owner may or may not have made grillz for a fred. That shop owner may or may not have made grillz for me and my new buddy, Antonio, too. At this point, no one knows!!!

Placed my order back in December of last year (2022) and I received my mold kit a few days afterwards with no issues I was told that I would receive a notification letting me know that they’ve received my kit but I never received an email until I emailed bling cartel instead and that was about three weeks after I sent my mold kit off in the mail because I started to wonder why I hadn’t gotten an email I eventually received an email saying my mold kit had gotten delayed In transit because I didn’t use more than one postage stamp on my package which I thought sounded crazy but fast forward to todays date of march 14 2023 and I’m still waiting on two little gold teeth the likes of which I was told would be ready by march 1 and still no tracking number every time I email them they tell me it’s been some kind of issue with their work load or it’s been a bump somewhere with production a bunch of bullshit basically I’m gonna give them till the end of this week to give me some good news if not I’m asking for a refund this shit is ridiculous and I’m fucking fed up with they asses

Two teeth in beginning of jan. Its nearing mid March . Nothing. They wrote me finally after i wrote them the first time and again after i left a one star review. They said "6 weeks being the maximum turn around time" because of covid and blah blah .. 7 weeks after the order i left a review but apparently they got my mold a week after i ordered so it was only 6 weeks, as originally stated.... Before you told me it would be 2 more weeks... 3 weeks ago? They said i will be emailing a tracking number when it shipped and i have none so apparently my 2 silver, regular grillz will be about 3 months so they better be perfect. I worked in dental field, i know molds. I triple checked so its not on my end!!!!

Waited 2 months. Grillz fell right out my mouth.
