Bisco Health

Tried to purchase a wheelchair for my elderly mother. I was able to pick the one she liked and tried to purchase thru Bisco health. Spoke with them and found out it is on national back order but still needed to purchase to get in line. Made sure my mother was willing to wait and she was. I tried to call back and speak to the person from previous phone call and email but they never returned the call or email. Tried the next day and left another message and tried again later in the day and found out they close at 2pm on fridays even though I left a message just after 9 am. Tried again on Monday and was told everyone was busy. I stated that if they can contact me before noon I would still purchase did not receive a call until after 5 pm. Told the person I could not purchase anything from a company that does not respect the customers time. I would never purchase from this company. If I treated my customers like this I would be out of business.
