LESS THAN ONESTAR RATING--ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. The date of delivery was extended by six days without any prior notification of the delay for merchandise that was needed ASAP. Horrible company and service. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM EVEN THOUGH THE PRICES MAY BE BETTER THAN SOME OTHER COMPANIES!!!

Ordered a package Oil of Olay soap that was supposed to be 16-5oz bars for $39.99 plus tax. I received 16-3.75oz bars which should have been $22.00 plus tax. I sent an e-mail asking for resolution to this matter. NO ANSWER

I purchased Jell-O 24 variety pack from Walmart; I ordered 2. Didn't pay close enough attention to who I was actually purchasing from. Description said nothing about product being kept refrigerated. They shipped the product from Ga to OK in the middle of a heat wave with NO REFRIGERATION. Product arrived and was melted. I assumed it was from the heat and it would set back up under the AC. I ate some of the product and got food poisoning. After contacting Walmart, and them contacting the vendor, Walmart finally went ahead and refunded my money because the vendor wouldn't contact me. READ PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS CAREFULLY AND KNOW WHEN YOU ARE BUYING FROM A THIRD PARTY MARKETPLACE SELLER ON WALMART.

Thanks to the reviews, I have decided against ordering the items I am needing, from Big Deal Ga.

Company shipped the wrong product that was ordered through Walmart. The have ignored my request for resolution. I'm happy to return the item for a credit to my account providing they supply me with a shipping label. Do not buy from them through Walmart or directly. I do not understand why Walmart keeping a company as a partner that has such poor customer service. If I could give 0 stars I would.

The service under the any line. Received the text message @ 6:08am " your Walmart order was delivered at 8:37am" ??? Waiting for week and surprise - I never receive my ordered. Company did not answering phone calls. And now I have to wait another week to have refund because this item was not Walmart but 3rd party - sending from Big Deal GA.

Be very carefully when ordering from Walmart, pay close attention from where your order will be shipped.

I bought contact lens solution for 98 dollars- because I could not find the product anywhere. Normally it is under 10$.

I agreed to the terms- but then Big Deal sent me only half of the product. The box was supposed to contain 2 - 16 oz bottles. He opened the box and sent me one half.

Really- you didn't care for the 100% mark-up and wanted a 200 percent mark-up?

I ordered things from Walmart and what was supposed to come from Big Deal GA. Never came. Never order from anyone who gets stuff from this place. Walmart be responsible for your refund! 0 rating!

Been dealing with an order we received 1 of the 6 boxes we were supposed to. The first couple of months they were responsive and said my order was still on its way. We never received the rest of our order and they have quit responding this issue has been going on since March

Never received order. No reply to multiple emails, they do not answer the phone (which is a cell phone, not a business line) and you cannot leave a voicemail. Will never do business again. I would leave zero stars if I could.

Dude this place has the worst customer service. Ordered two ORGANIC balsemic vinegars and got two AGED ones. Been reachin out every single day for the past two weeks. NOT A SINGLE EMAIL OR CALL RETURNED. F*** THESE A**HOLES

Not a review just an assessment. I'll do without rather than deal with a company that has a consistent pattern of NOT fulfilling its orders correctly. How did they last for 4 years with Walmart?

Undeniably the worse distributor for WalMart. On 6-3-22, I ordered a 2 pack of MM. Garlic Powder by Tone’s. I received the wrong product a week later. I got a 2 pack of Onion Powder! Obviously, someone there either cannot read “ GARLIC “ and “ ONION “ ; or cannot tell the difference between a garlic and an onion or both. They have a nasty, condescending attitude. Do NOT order anything from Big Deal GA !

I ordered something on 3/15/22. It is now 4/4/22 and it still shows delayed, no other information than that. Won't be ordering from them again. Walmart needs to cease to represent them. They don't even rate one star.

HORRIBLE quality here. Ordered something that is important to my health (vitamins for elderly) and am 100% disabled.

THEY COULD CARE LESS!

Apartment number was left off of the shipping label and the item was not only late, but returned because UPS couldn't figure out which apartment to deliver to. Now all they can offer is a refund and that will take place in 5 to 7 days. I'm out and WALMART has drained my checking account with all of the purchases made this month. Big Deal GA couldn't deliver the one that my doctors need to see moving.

I received a juice today opened and 3/4 go e this is disgusting and a scam! I’ll never order from Walmart again.

I placed an online order through Walmart on 2/10/2022 and received an estimated arrival date of 2/15/2022. On 2/15/2022, the tracking information showed that a shipping label was printed, but the package had not been received by UPS. The order status was eventually updated to show "Delayed". I reached out to the seller through the Walmart app on 2/24/2022 and received an answer that the item had shipped, blaming the delays on the carrier and telling me to check back in 72 business hours. I contacted the seller again 72 business hours later on 3/1/2022 and received a response that the order was still delayed, with no explanation of why. I continued the conversation through e-mail, pointing out that UPS guarantees 5-day delivery at its slowest domestic rate and was told they would check with their shipping department. That was the last I heard from Big Deal GA. I contacted Walmart on 3/4/2022 and was given a refund. Does this company print shipping labels to have payments released and then "forget" to actually ship the item? Do not buy from them.

This company is certainly a sour note on Walmart's reputation. With as bad a rating as it has repeatedly received, it makes one wonder why Walmart continues dealing with them. I would give them a minus 0. I never received the merchandise yet they refused a replacement or a refund. Let's see what Walmart stands behind their promise to fulfill

This company sucks!!!! They delivered my package to the wrong state and Walmart was useless in resolving this issue. Maria, a supervisor, I spoke with told me that not all complaints against this company get reported to the corporate office and that’s why they are allowed to continue to sell under Walmart. I would give a 0 but that’s not a part of the rating system.
