These people are the absolute WORST 3rd-party sellers I've ever dealt with. I ordered a 12-pack of Chicken of the Sea Premium Chunk Light Tuna in Water and the package arrive damaged, with the cans crushed, and tuna leaking all over! I had a huge mess to clean up and had to throw out the tuna. Twice I contacted Big Deal through Walmart for a refund, and never received either a refund, or even a response. I just wrote them a third time. But what's the use? I decided to review them here, instead. I can't rate them zero stars, so I'm forced to rate 1.
OMG. What am I reading here is just awful. Walmart came to the lowest point to make a buck exposing its customers to cheaters like this one. This seller must be reported to the government agencies! I have a similar story to share. On 05/23/20 my package was dropped off at my front door. When I noticed the package I noticed fatty stains on the box. When I opened it I discovered that the Nutella spread was everywhere inside the package and over the bucket. It was a big fatty chocolaty mess. I noticed that the seal on the bucket was broken, and the inside protective film was broken as well. The spread was unsealed and it was leaking from the bucket into the packaging box. It is pandemic and not to care about the safety food products you are selling must be a criminal offence! I do not know if someone spit into the container with food or not. Can not consume in this condition. Seems the packaging box was too small for the bucket as well, but seller ignored that fact.
After this issue I immediately contacted seller. Today is 05/28/20 and I did not get any answers from the seller. Hope Walmart will help. Just filed a huge complaint with them.
I purchased peanut butter pretzels on April 29 from Walmart.com. I received them & they were not only open, but it appeared someone had eaten some of them. This is disgusting always, but during a pandemic, it was also scary. I immediately called & the customer service agent processed my return & emailed me a receipt. she said fedex would call me in next day or so to pick it up. They did not. When I looked at label again, it said UPS. I took it to UPS who said its as a UPS return. That was on May 6. I have been trying to email/call etc since then to get my refund. Walmart has put me on hold for over 3 hours & I have requested call back via the chat function which has taken 7-14 hours to call back & I am long asleep by that time. Apparently it is b/c BIG DEAL GA is 3rd party seller Walmart purchased from. I don't care who ultimately sold the package to walmart. I bought from Walmart.com & this is horrible customer service. Who has time to wait around like this on the phone, especially during this time of crisis when children are not in school & we are trying to work from home.
Terrible co. Order was suppose to come April 29 still not here. Walmart now doesn’t have a record of order. Horrible, of course was changed for it.
I placed an order April 17 through Walmart it’s May 16 and I still don’t have it can’t get through to Walmart UPS says they have no record of it yeah Walmart charge me for it on my credit card Which I am contesting what is with these losers not only are they apparently crooked there are so stupid Show me the reviews are hilarious but unfortunately serious beware of Walmart purchasing anything that these jokers are supposed to supplyPS they don’t even deserve and one star
I bought an item that had 2 day shipping. This clown sent the item USPS Parcel Select. 2 to 9 business days. Its already been 5 business days. Oh well. Maybe it will come next week. POS.
Horrible experience. I ordered Smucker's Natural Peanut Butter that arrived shattered and leaking everywhere. Fedex had placed the leaking mess in a plastic bag and left it on my doorstep. There was nothing wrapping the glass jars to protect them in shipping. I was appalled at the very poor packaging. It is my hope that I will be refunded for this purchase.
It’s a miracle my order arrived intact. I can package better. I realize shipping is free but I’m sure included in the price so throwing items which could be destroyed into a USPS envelope is not very professional or customer savvy.at least wrap in bubble wrap but a box would have been appropriate.
They sent me the wrong product. It’s not what I ordered. Wrong label, wrong contents in the medication. I can’t take the one they sent me. Their solution was to have me keep this wrong product and get a 10% discount. I’m appalled by this rude, unacceptable solution. DO NOT BUY from them.
Do not order from this company it is a scam!!! They do not answer phone and they con you by getting your money and delivering only part of the order. They tell you it was delivered and it isn’t even in the package!!!!! Won’t respond to email or phone call!!! SCAM!!!!! 0 rating!
I was charged a $ 55.00 shipping fee to deliver a 200 caplet bottle to a P.O. Box. That is outrageous!
They are thieves & liars. They sent me an e-mail stating that my item was not in stock. Then they insist that they delivered the package and even though I was home and aware of all who approach they still insist. I say it went to the wrong place if it was delivered at all. Unlike the post office they do not take a pic of drop off point to verify. Funny thing is for days after they said it was delivered the item was still not in stock sooooo.... how could I have gotten it ????

Price gouging!!! $39 for four little bottles of soft soap hand soap (sold in a bundle). They’re normally $1 each. GREEDY. Sad thing is, someone will pay it so they’ll keep doing it.

Shipping said item sent and delivered, to who I’m not quite sure even though it said my address and my porch. Even able to provide proof of none delivery, amen for video security alarm systems. Their response, “not our problem!” TY Wal-Mart for being good people and offering refund. As for this company, stay far far away, thieves

Excedrin is nearly IMPOSSIBLE to get in any drug stores or online. THIS vendor apparently has bought out stockpiles ... and is selling at INFLATED PRICE of $89.99 for 300 ct package. (Generally sells for approx $30.) People who REQUIRE this medication for chronic migraines can't purchase in stores because hoarders have bought up all the stock ... and vendors like this now want to RIP OFF THE AMERICAN PUBLIC out of GREED. Don't do business with them. Ever. For any reason. Put them out of business. File complaints against them with their state's Attorneys General office and Better Business Bureaus. We are better than this! 0 Stars.
I asked for my order to be cancelled 3 days before it was delivered and it was still delivered these people suck some big weiners
I ordered a CIAO brand suitcase online on 1-30-2019. This item was scheduled to arrive by 2-7-2020. I did not receive the item. It is now 2-13-2020. Looking online it shows a UPS label was created on 1-31-2019. Item shows as shipped and UPS tracking number is shown. UPS has no record of this item ever being sent. Do not purchase from this vendor. Walmart should be embarrassed for doing business with this firm and subjecting their customers to this level of customer service.
