I placed order thru Walmart and then needed to cancel the order 2 hours later. I Emailed Big Bargain Outlet to cancel the order and verify that they received the message. Walmart stated that they will reply within 24 hours and I still have not heard from them. Called Walmart Customer Service the next day and they say the item was already shipped via UPS. According to UPS they had no record of the number given to me by Walmart. Very unethical and inconsiderate company in many ways. Still unable to call them directly.
