Buyers beware, total FAKE company, they do not send you the item, they just let you place order then send email that its out of stock, It happened to me two times and I am fed up.... I do not understand why WALMART is allowing this company to sell items on their website. HORRIBLE...SIMPLY HORRIBLE....this company should be sued to ashes....WALMART you are a JERK a total JERK for allowing this kind of Behaviour...I am never going to buy again from WALMART...AMAZON is MUCHHHHHH Better...... the deserve negative 100 star....
Absolutely disappointed they sended my order to another state! I was thinking that whenever you order from Walmart .com you are going to get a quality service, but I was totally wrong! I had ordered 3 items from Walmart.com. 2 of the items never came and the other was wrong /item. Walmart your online store is far from professional!
Ordered Cuisinart PerfectTemp kettle. Received off-brand Mliter knock-off of definitely lower quality and less functionality. Will not be using Walmart Marketplace vendors again! Too much time and hassle spent on this clear “bait and switch”!
I purchased a Cuisinart PerfectTemp electric kettle via Walmart.com on August 21st. On August 26th a cheap no-name electric kettle arrived. I contacted the seller per the Walmart website and no response in 48 hours from seller, though Walmart says they should respond in 24 hours. Of course now that I have read these comments I see this seller is a big problem. I went to my account at Walmart and I was able to click "return" with a choice to have Walmart print me a label at the store and they will process a full refund. So I did just that. I had to print a barcode at home, showed it to walmart customer service desk and they printed out the label and gave me the FedEx tracking. Walmart sent me an email saying it might take 5 days to 2 weeks to process the refund. Ok with me. I'm optimistic this will resolve the issue. If not, I can dispute with my credit card company. The price was a real deal...sure a real deal on cheap imitation item. I'm sorry you all endured such headaches, but you saved me time from trying to hassle with the seller. FYI, I went to Amazon and paid more but I'm confident I will have my new kettle by Saturday.
I ordered an Ozeri bathroom scale and received a cheap knock off (Excelon). I read similar reviews and contacted Walmart Corporate, Ozeri and Betteryourlife. Walmart responded saying that they would have the 3rd party seller contact me that they could not issue me a refund. I heard from Betteryourlife and I emailed back and voiced my concerns and they have never responded to me. Also, Ozeri responded to me and took the matter to upper management and they are going to follow-up with Walmart because that is against policy for them to do that. SO, I'm stick stuck with this cheap scale, no refund and no new product. Ideas???
I purchased Cuisinart PerfectTemp on Thursday, 8/15 and received a fake knock-off on Saturday, 8/18. I sent an angry email to their customer service asking what the hell happened and received an email from them that the actual item on sale out of stock. Therefore, they sent me this wrong fake item intentionally to waste my time. BTW, acknowledging that they sent me a knock-off item that is similar in performance, they asked me to try it out/keep it with a partial refund of $5. LOL. Totally a bait and switch scam. Why is Walmart allowing shady third-party reseller to use their platform to scam their customers? Betteryourlife (AKA S&W Trend) sucks. DO NOT BUY!!!!
This company is horrible! I brought a headset for my son, and the mic was broken upon arrival. They are big liars, unethical and play games to discourage customers from returning items. It's been 3 weeks, and we got stuck with a broken product.
THEY ARE THE WORST. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
Oh god, first off don't trust this 'company'.. I bought a headset a few weeks back, took two weeks to get here, and it was ADVERTISED TO BE A USB HEADSET! The only thing the USB powers, is a few LED lights, placed throughout the headset frame. I contacted Walmart shortly after, saying that it wasn't as described, I took it to my local store, and they told me because the box, didn't have a barcode, I couldn't refund it. I contacted support again, and they told me they sent an email to the company, saying they need to get in touch with me.
I got contacted by them, and responded saying I would like to return the headset, and get a replacement USB headset, or get a refund.
This was over the end of the week, so I gave time until today for them to contact, after seeing the multiple reviews here, I contacted Walmart again, and they told me they would give a refund.
Bottom line, don't trust this 'company', there's something fishy about them..
this sucks... i bought a camera that was supposed to be HD and it was not. im trying to return it right now, Walmart said I had to contact them for a return, and they aen't telling me how to return it. i want my $48.99 back!!

Ordered a headset about 2 month ago, never received it kept showing delayed status- contacted Walmart & the told me in an email I would be hearing from someone within 24 hours, been over 2 weeks now & haven't gotten a response from them.
I bought the robot vacuum cleaner and was so excited. It never worked so I took it back to Walmart. They wouldn’t except the crap. I reached out to the makers of the vacuum still waiting on a return call. I made the call in December of 2018.
Never received a response from them after attempting to contact them multiple times about returning the crappy vacuum I bought from them. Thankfully, ultimately Walmart refunded me. Make sure to look up reviews on Walmart marketplace sellers before buying anything that isn't coming directly from Walmart! Lesson learned.
I won't go into detail with my experience with this company. There are enough negative examples and reviews to support how poorly this organization conducts it's business. I regret not checking the reviews prior to making the purchase. This company is not interested in customer service nor satisfaction. Walmart should sever it's relationship with this business. Also, one star is too generous of a rating for this company.
I ordered a item the beginning of May and didn't receive my item they sent it to a place in Louisville Kentucky and I'm in Georgia so lost 200 and they wont answer my call idk what can be done this is frustrating was really waiting on this product very upset wouldn't order through them if anyone on here received my item let me know please or message me at [email protected] please and TIA I put all my money into buying this to not get it:/
I ordered a robot vacuum cleaner from them without realizing that I could not just return it to the store. I have sent to emails asking for instructions on how to return and now I am worried about it. It is a $400 robot vacuum cleaner---they sent me one with a European cord. UGH! I wasn't that concerned until I read all the horrible reviews. If they don't respond, I am going to ask Amex to not pay it.
i was sent 2 meat cutters because they appeared in my cart when I was purchasing . I must have been looking at this item earlier and put them into my cart to hold.
any way i hit the button and ordered every thing .. I did send them back and I did receive a full refund . However be careful you will have to pay return shipping.
This came to $ 30.88 . All and all they they did refund the money in full.
I bought a tv from Walmart and as I pushed the button to finalise the sale I saw a 7 1/2 inch meat slicer was added on , not only 1 but 2 , I had already hit the button .
I tried to cancle the order but it was to late . I recived an email the order had gone through .I recived the tv one day and was told I would recived the remander in a day or 2. I did recive 2 packages taped togeather.The 2 meat slicers cost me $137.00 . to make a long story alittle shorter , it cost me $ 30.00 to send them back .
They told me they would cover me in full.. They told me I would get a refund of $38.50. That would leave me about $38.00 refund. I sent them an email telling them
what they have done. I will wright back when I hear what they have to say.
