This company is horrible! I brought a headset for my son, and the mic was broken upon arrival. They are big liars, unethical and play games to discourage customers from returning items. It's been 3 weeks, and we got stuck with a broken product.
THEY ARE THE WORST. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
Oh god, first off don't trust this 'company'.. I bought a headset a few weeks back, took two weeks to get here, and it was ADVERTISED TO BE A USB HEADSET! The only thing the USB powers, is a few LED lights, placed throughout the headset frame. I contacted Walmart shortly after, saying that it wasn't as described, I took it to my local store, and they told me because the box, didn't have a barcode, I couldn't refund it. I contacted support again, and they told me they sent an email to the company, saying they need to get in touch with me.
I got contacted by them, and responded saying I would like to return the headset, and get a replacement USB headset, or get a refund.
This was over the end of the week, so I gave time until today for them to contact, after seeing the multiple reviews here, I contacted Walmart again, and they told me they would give a refund.
Bottom line, don't trust this 'company', there's something fishy about them..
this sucks... i bought a camera that was supposed to be HD and it was not. im trying to return it right now, Walmart said I had to contact them for a return, and they aen't telling me how to return it. i want my $48.99 back!!
This company's business model, and practices are atrocities to the entire retail industry...
This company sucks and their merchandise is crap. Don't order from this company and I will never order from Walmart again because they allow this company to sell on their website.
Ordered a headset about 2 month ago, never received it kept showing delayed status- contacted Walmart & the told me in an email I would be hearing from someone within 24 hours, been over 2 weeks now & haven't gotten a response from them.
I bought the robot vacuum cleaner and was so excited. It never worked so I took it back to Walmart. They wouldn’t except the crap. I reached out to the makers of the vacuum still waiting on a return call. I made the call in December of 2018.
Never received a response from them after attempting to contact them multiple times about returning the crappy vacuum I bought from them. Thankfully, ultimately Walmart refunded me. Make sure to look up reviews on Walmart marketplace sellers before buying anything that isn't coming directly from Walmart! Lesson learned.
I won't go into detail with my experience with this company. There are enough negative examples and reviews to support how poorly this organization conducts it's business. I regret not checking the reviews prior to making the purchase. This company is not interested in customer service nor satisfaction. Walmart should sever it's relationship with this business. Also, one star is too generous of a rating for this company.
I ordered a item the beginning of May and didn't receive my item they sent it to a place in Louisville Kentucky and I'm in Georgia so lost 200 and they wont answer my call idk what can be done this is frustrating was really waiting on this product very upset wouldn't order through them if anyone on here received my item let me know please or message me at [email protected] please and TIA I put all my money into buying this to not get it:/
I ordered a robot vacuum cleaner from them without realizing that I could not just return it to the store. I have sent to emails asking for instructions on how to return and now I am worried about it. It is a $400 robot vacuum cleaner---they sent me one with a European cord. UGH! I wasn't that concerned until I read all the horrible reviews. If they don't respond, I am going to ask Amex to not pay it.
i was sent 2 meat cutters because they appeared in my cart when I was purchasing . I must have been looking at this item earlier and put them into my cart to hold.
any way i hit the button and ordered every thing .. I did send them back and I did receive a full refund . However be careful you will have to pay return shipping.
This came to $ 30.88 . All and all they they did refund the money in full.
I bought a tv from Walmart and as I pushed the button to finalise the sale I saw a 7 1/2 inch meat slicer was added on , not only 1 but 2 , I had already hit the button .
I tried to cancle the order but it was to late . I recived an email the order had gone through .I recived the tv one day and was told I would recived the remander in a day or 2. I did recive 2 packages taped togeather.The 2 meat slicers cost me $137.00 . to make a long story alittle shorter , it cost me $ 30.00 to send them back .
They told me they would cover me in full.. They told me I would get a refund of $38.50. That would leave me about $38.00 refund. I sent them an email telling them
what they have done. I will wright back when I hear what they have to say.

Please be sure you really WANT the item being purchased by this company because once you have paid "good luck" getting your money back for a return! I just got off the phone with the Walmart escalation team individual to try and get a total refund. Lucky for me I only conversed with the company via email and Walmart had all 12 (yes twelve) of my emails back and forth trying to resolve the return. Walmart even had my email with the picture attachment that the company requested I send them BEFORE accepting any returned merchandise. Of course I did not return the item because (1) they would not give me a full refund - offered $15 then $20 but I spent $40 on the item and (2) the cost of mailing the merchandise back using FedEx was $80. I only wish I had read these reviews first as it seems everyone is having the same problem with this company. Gave one star because I could not send review with no stars.
This "Seller(?)" is a joke. Defective and dangerous product. Total junk and will not work straight out of the box. Will not respond to email. If Walmart keeps this Seller, we should BOYCOTT WALMART MARKETPLACE!!! Where is the quality control? Can any Jerk, Dumb, and CROOK be a seller? I contacted my credit card company to get my money back. ZERO STARS for product,Seller, and Walmart!!!! If i could find a real company, street address, owner, anything! I would turn the issue over to the local authorities, and the Better Business Bureau. PLUS I WOULD FILE A CLAIM in small claims court in MY jurisdiction and make them come here to fight it!!!
Do not buy from this seller. They sent me the wrong, cheaper, smaller product, then I couldn't reach them. I had to call Walmart who contacted the seller. Another day went by and they sent a waste of time email asking what was the issue, when they knew. I called and contacted them by email again, with no response. I had to contact Walmart again, and they couldn't reach the seller. The seller does not answer or respond to its phone messages. Thankfully Walmart refunded my money, for which I appreciate. A week later, the seller sends me an email offering $30 off and telling me the product they sent was similar to the one I ordered, which it was not by a long shot., or I could choose to return. By then, it was too late. All i wanted to do a 1.5 weeks before that was to return the product.
Cannot say how bad their customer service is handled. Responses by email are a joke. I am shocked Walmart sells their products on website.
I cannot rate this business low enough—0 stars. Did a bate-and-switch; advertising a well-known brand then sending a totally inferior one that did not work at all. They refused to answer my request for a return and refund. With the misspelled words on the the emails and odd syntax they are not legit. Plus 2 days after I ordered from them my credit card numbers were used to make 3 purchases in different states. A total scam. But when I contacted WalMart they were excellent and took care of it and quickly refunded my money. DO NOT buy from this company. Wakeup WalMart. Stop selling this company's products!
