I recently bout a water pick machine from Walmart online. It then orders it from a seller called better your life. I received my order and it did not work. I then contact Walmart online and it sends the message to the seller. I didn’t get a response for after a week so I sent another message. I finally got a message wanting me to send a video of what it was doing I then sent a video and got a reply back saying they will offer me a return of $10 if I can fix it myself. I didn’t want a partial refund and a non working product. I wanted a full refund for the junk product I received. I have even tried calling but i get an answering machine from a foreign country. I am disappointed Walmart goes through this company and the customer service I have to deal with.

AWFUL. They’re a scam. My desk arrived damaged beyond repair and they offered me $50 to “fix it”

I told them I’m not a carpenter and I need a full refund. They then counter offered with $100 to have someone help me.

Eff this company. They’re awful. Walmart needs to do something about it.

They are selling Fake Nathan James items on Walmart.com. Wouldn’t even know until I bought items from Nathan James website. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They are FRAUDULENT SELLERS! Buyer beware

I ordered a home security system they sent me something I didn't order it doesn't have a hard drive I tried to contact the company they gave me a voicemail I emailed them no response and I can't understand why Walmart has not remove this company from their ordering list this is not a true copy this is just a scam please do not order anything from this company

Wow this company is awful. First the product was late because they never shipped it. Now I’m trying to return it simply because it wasn’t what I needed and I’m getting the biggest runaround. They have been suggested selling the item to a friend for a higher price. Walmart, cut ties with this company.

Ordered an item on July 28. Didn’t get a tracking number until August 5th. Was supposed to arrive by Aug 10th.....SURPRISE SURPRISE......NO ITEM. No response to email or phone. Add another horrible review to their huge list they already have. Buyer beware!! And I would give 0 stars if it would let me.

I ordered a WiFi enabled Air Purifier and they sent me the model that is not WiFi enabled. Contacted the seller letting them know they sent the wrong product. They sent me an initial email asking what seems to be wrong with the product and if the product still works for me. I have no idea who sent me that email, but they are obviously bad at their job and can't read. Still haven't heard back from them and Walmart requires that returns for this product be done with the vendor they sponsor on their website. Makes no sense.

I placed an order on April 18th my order sat in California till the 24thnever arrived to my state till 108 pm on the 30th when it was supposed to be here the 30 th just got an up date it won't be here now till tomorrow. Don't understand why it's late. mail should only take 4 or 5 days. Not 13 days. Very disappointed..

Ordered a Roborock Vacuum from them. The day after I ordered they called saying that the US version was out of stock and that they could send me an international version, which the only difference was the charging adapter and that they would send me a US charger separately. A week and a half since the order was placed, the vacuum shipping status is still "shipping information received" and DHL confirmed that the seller has not actually shipped the product. I am communicating with Walmart to receive a refund.

Can not get in touch with anyone and my vacuum was shipped to another state!!! Will never use this company again and can not get my money back.

I ordered a tablet, apparently the don't have it. The day I cancelled my order, the decided to give it a usps tracking number. Status

USPS Currently Awaiting Package . It's been like that for over a week. They stole my money, I am very angry with this seller, and I will discuss it with WM-CS. This is a scam seller as far as I am concerned. They can cancel my order and give me back my money.

i only gave 1 star to leave a comment......first of all the tablet i ordered went to the wrong place. finally got it on the 13th of march and now its no longer working. i will never buy from this place again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

Very unhappy with my order I placed in November I received the order tried to return it because it does not work it will not turn on or charge and Walmart told me they had to contact the seller and would contact me back I’ve called them 28 times since november and still will not give me a answer I’ve contacted customer service and everything and I’ve never had the option to return using the app! DO NOT PURCHASE NOTHING FROM THIS SELLER!!!!!
