Do not buy from this seller. They sent me the wrong, cheaper, smaller product, then I couldn't reach them. I had to call Walmart who contacted the seller. Another day went by and they sent a waste of time email asking what was the issue, when they knew. I called and contacted them by email again, with no response. I had to contact Walmart again, and they couldn't reach the seller. The seller does not answer or respond to its phone messages. Thankfully Walmart refunded my money, for which I appreciate. A week later, the seller sends me an email offering $30 off and telling me the product they sent was similar to the one I ordered, which it was not by a long shot., or I could choose to return. By then, it was too late. All i wanted to do a 1.5 weeks before that was to return the product.
Cannot say how bad their customer service is handled. Responses by email are a joke. I am shocked Walmart sells their products on website.
I cannot rate this business low enough—0 stars. Did a bate-and-switch; advertising a well-known brand then sending a totally inferior one that did not work at all. They refused to answer my request for a return and refund. With the misspelled words on the the emails and odd syntax they are not legit. Plus 2 days after I ordered from them my credit card numbers were used to make 3 purchases in different states. A total scam. But when I contacted WalMart they were excellent and took care of it and quickly refunded my money. DO NOT buy from this company. Wakeup WalMart. Stop selling this company's products!
Well, I just received my order, or some ones anyhow. I went thru Walmart to get this item replaced, they contacted me. I told the I ordered a Weston meat slicer, and they sent a different cheaper brand. They never responded, not unusual, from what ive read. Got back with Walmart today. Was very surprised, they tried calling this company, and they wouldn't answer. Walmart is refunding my money, and told me to keep the one I received and do with it what I want. Thank you Walmart, at least you back your stuff. I will give them a 1 since there isn't a 0. Don't waste your time with them.
I would advise to stay away from buying from this vendor! Impossible to speak with a live customer service agent...if that even exist in this organization. Terrible return policies as well... Told me 3 months to get a kids RC toy repaired and returned back... and suggested giving me half a refund to avoid waiting time if I wanted to buy another item. On the upside and very important to note that Walmart.com made it right and gave me full refund with a small gift card because of the hassle.
They charged me triple the price and sent an item 1/3 the size! No response from voicemail or emails. Horrific customer service!

The worst company I have ever dealt with!!! I ordered a robotic vacuum LOW QUALITY Went to Walmart to return it only to find out I have to request a return to Betteryourlife. They replied that is what I ordered and offered a $25 refund. I just want to return the item. The said I will have to pay shipping and not be getting a full refund still waiting for the return instructions. 0 stars
Long review but satisfied result..I too ordered a slicer from this company. They sent me a completely different one of lesser value because supposedly the one I ordered was discontinued (was able to order it from another company and received it 3 days later). They wanted me to return the inferior product at their expense and then they would refund me. The following is the reply I sent to them- I absolutely will not return it until I been issued the refund. I have already ordered the slicer you say is not available through a different company and it will be arriving today. I have no need for 2 of them so I have no desire to keep the inferior product you sent me.
Once I see that the refund has been put back into my account I will send the slicer back and not one moment before. It has been brought to my attention that legally I don't even have to return it since you knowingly sent me the wrong item that is of lesser value. I would also like to ask for some sort of compensation for my time to get the slicer sent back since I live out in the country and will have to make a trip into town just to get it sent off. You offered $15 in a previous email for a difference in the slicer you sent, I will take that $15 for compensation of time & trouble along with the full refund.

I wish I would have come here for the reviews before I purchased a smart watch. It is listed as being normally priced at $100 and reduced price to $49.99. I thought well it looks nice in the photos and so I placed my order. I went through Wal-Mart because I thought there would be some security in purchasing from a large company. Boy, was I wrong. I received the watch without an instruction manual. You can't even set the language without having the manual. I have never worn the watch. It has been taken out of the box and that's it. It was far larger than expected and I requested a return. The solution they recommended was a $15 refund and for me to keep the watch and sale it. No thank you!! Worst customer service ever!! AND...the watch was a joke!! I will double check all items I order in the future and make certain I NEVER order from this company again.
Ordered a meat slicer through walmart.com... received a different product of less value... emails indicate they would refund the difference from the other product and replied the product I ordered was discontinued ..yet it is still for sale on Wal-Mart.com... these types of deceptive marketing and sales will not be tolerated and may be followed by a lawsuit...whos in??
False advertisement! Can not get a hold of anyone to do a return. From what I've read they want the customer to pay for return shipping and a 20% restocking fee. Bullshit! Never again!

Went to Walmart to return it only to find out I have to request a return to Betteryourlife. So that was done and they responded asking for pictures of which I sent showing a Sweeper and not a Vacuum! They replied that is what I ordered and offered a $10 refund! Really????? Mind you all the emails I received were from a person who cannot spell and cannot put words together that make any sense! So unprofessional! I sent a very nasty reply back advising I was going to call Walmart’s corporate office to advise them what kind of company they have partnered with! They replied that I could send the item back for a refund. I told them I am not going to pay to return a product I didn’t order and don’t trust they will refund my money. I am going to sell the product myself and go elsewhere to buy what I want! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!! They don’t deserve any stars but had to put 1 in order to send review!!!!
I wish I would have read these reviews. This company is awful. I bought these gaming headsets for my son for Christmas. They done work however this company keeps asking me to send a video. I have explained that the video will show nothing and they keep emailing me about asking me for a video. My issue is that I have already purchased a new headset I just want a refund. I’m guessing based on the other comments I won’t get one.
I ordered a set of walkie talkies that did not work. The set was shipped to the store free of charge. I returned them to Walmart Dec 26th. The walkie talkies were $15.99. The company will not replace them and chose to charge $15.00 for shipping and restocking. I was refunded a whopping $.99. I have no product and am out of $15. This is completely unfair, unethical and should be illegal. This company is basically keeping customers money with no recourse for the consumer.
This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. I purchased 2 gaming headsets from them, and upon receiving them we found out what a piece of junk they are. The speakers crackled in BOTH pairs and the audio cut in and out constantly. They also came with a absurdly long and heavy cord, and a LED light plug that was absolutely useless. Needless to say I returned them. I could not return them to the store directly so they were shipped separately to the seller (Betteryourlife). In doing so they charged me $10 each for return shipping and a $5 restocking fee on items that DID NOT WORK to begin with. I contacted them through email telling them the issues and that I wanted my full refund back and they said they could not give me my full money back which was extremely unfair to me. I spent hard earned money on products that I expected to work and they were absolute garbage. What's even worse is they have horrible customer service and they like to rip you off. I ended up contacting Walmart Customer Service and had them escalate the issue prompting them to contact me within 24 hrs which they did, only to tell me the exact same thing that they won't give me my full refund back. I called Walmart Customer Service for the 2nd time and they were able to give me a 1 time credit of my money back because I did not know the sellers "Return Policy". I appreciate the Walmart team helping me out but on the other hand Betteryourlife is a terrible company, DO NOT buy from them. They are scammers and will rip you off.
I hope everyone reads these reviews so they know not to purchase anything from this company. The quality of their merchandise is less than bad. I purchased a Health Tracker Smart Bracelet, wore it twice and the band broke. Still trying to get a refund. Getting the run around. Very frustrating! Ugh! I just want my money back! ( Actually NO STARS. )
