This company does not respond to a return request, apparently they sell cheap made products for a profit! And care nothing about the consumer! Wal-Mart should be ashamed of letting them sell on their marketplace! My box was missing parts and I believe it was a prior return by someone that was lucky enough to get a return response from them!
Both 2 tablets from them. One touch ofl screen didn't work and the other wouldn't hold charge. Contacted them 10 days after receiving. Took 2 week before response. They told me had to send video to get refund. Sent video, they gave me a bunch of instructions to reset. Emailed 3 more times stating I want my refund and nothing. I Will NEVER ORDER FROM THEM OR WALMART.COM ANYMORE. I'm finding a way to file complaint and get my money back. Horrible
Wish I had seen these reviews before I purchased - ordered a standing desk and it wasn't what was pictured on their site. Walmart says the vendor will respond within 24 hours, yeah, kinda, I keep getting emails from betteryourlife saying they will help and make it right but nothing has happened. Just like some of the reviewers said, you get a cheaper item than the one listed. Last time I order online with Walmart, this was a scam! Next stop, credit card company to dispute the charge...If I could give less than one star I would. what a waste of time.
Wow almost the same as every review above, ordered a digital scale received different item unable to return luckily not out that much. Never again order from Walmart.

I need to get a refund when I tried adding it to my WiFi Norton told me there is malware and I never use anything that does or could have Malware my total refund is 25.99 I tried to return it to Wal-Mart but was told you have do the refund
I ordered a robot vacuum online from what i thought was walmart and when it came it was the wrong one. I tried returning it to Walmart but Walmart would not take it said we had to go through the 3rd party seller. I contacted them through email cause thats the only way you can reach out to them. I asked for a return label because they sent me the wrong one. A day later they asked if id take a $20 refund and keep the vacuum cause it would be expensive for me to pay for shipping it back. I responded no i want a refund the vacuum wasn't the one i wanted. A day later they asked me if I'd take a $40 refund cause it would save us both a lot of money if i just kept it. After 3 days of communicating with them through email i asked if they had a phone # so we can figure this out faster and no one reponded. I've sent 5 more emails over a 2 week period about having them send my return label and still no response. Finally we reached back out to Walmart about what was going on and even Walmart couldn't reach them. Walmart said they would refund us the money which should be in about 5 to 7 days. We'll see?
Terrible customer service. Worst ever and Walmart continues to do business with them and will not post my review. Scam!

I ordered three learning kids tablets from this company through walmart.com. I only received one! Oddly, all three had the same tracking number, so therefore it appears to the post office that they were all three delivered, when in fact, I only got one! I will never order from this company again! It's five days until Christmas, and I placed this order on December 1st!

Terrible. Placed an order 12/10. They sent me an email cancelling my order 12/16 due to product not in stock. I feel i should have known this within 48 hrs. I was really looking forward this tablet for my baby. An here it is 12/18 an i still havent received my refund. Terrible.. An i got the impression they dont care. I will never buy from this company

I bought a vaccum from this company through walmart and this vaccum is not what i wanted, its not how it was described and shown. I want to return it but cant contact the seller ive tried ao many different ways, this is b.s
I would give them 0 stars if I could because this shit don’t make any sense. I ordered headsets through Walmart and they came from this vendor (well only one) and I paid for two. Been trying to get in contact with them and I can not at all. I am BEYOND PISSED. Walmart and this stupid ass vendor are wrong for this!!!!!!!!
This seller is using the same technique. you purchase one item and received a cheaper version.
Had I only known.... Walmart.com is not like Amazon. If you buy through walmart.com, be aware that it could be coming from a 3rd party vendor. You CANNOT return a wrong item to the store, and the vendor may/may not accept your return. This is horrible business practice. Another reason to NOT SHOP at Walmart or walmart.com. Too bad we can’t leave negative star ratings...

Wow...just wow. I never expected to see such similar experiences and one that sounds the same as my complaint!!! I ordered the 20lb queen sized blanket for my son and instead received a princess play tent that wasn’t even in its original package!! Then when I contacted Walmart they told me it was from another vendor?!?! I was told that the issue would be resolved within 24 hours...it was NOT. SO, I contacted Walmart customer service once again and they reached out to Betteryourlife. I finally received an email from Betteryourlife and aside from the poor grammar and poor customer service, they told me that they would only refund my money after they received the tent.!! WTH!! I didn’t ask them to send the tent and now they are holding my money ransom. Like... what company does that. I’m thinking one that is about to go bankrupt. I’m sure the lawsuits are piling up!!
