Better and Easy Life

Back in July of 2022 I have not heard from this company and Walmart continues to back them. This item has never been received and I have not heard from anyone regarding a replacement. Bought a chain saw sharpener tool. Only received the grinding stones. Did not receive the yellow case which holds the grinding stones. I have not been able to communicate with them. Poor quality item and poor service. Do not order anything from them.

Well bought a LED screen peephole for my door I had just put a new door in well got the product drilled my hole for it got it already hooked it up put batteries in it and wouldn't even come on that same day i called them then they say they will email u I said ok well they emailed me I responded nothing responded to them again nothing Walmart needs to get them of there site how can I see if Walmart will reimburse me I think I learned my lesson on Walmart. Com lost a customer bought many things from Walmart they should get scamming business off there site if there was a zero it would be a zero

Do Not Order from them! Poor quality, deceptive pictures. Customer service is only through email and NOT helpful.

Do NOT purchase from them. Their product was very cheap!!! They would not allow me to return the item. I am working with Walmart now to get my money back. Walmart needs to remove them from their choice of providers. Less than zero is my true rating.

Ordered a baby play pen the product was not what I ordered at all I will never order from them again got me looking at Wal-Mart sideways as well and 1 star is too much 0 stars more like it.

I purchase some 10 x 10 wall panels. When I received the panels they were all in various in size. Each panel even looked slightly different. Since the panels where all different sizes it was impossible to match them up on the wall. Horrible product. SCAM

I ordered a dog bike basket from Walmart that came from Better and Easy Life. When I bought it, the information from Better and Easy Life clearly stated that I had 90 days to return my purchase. A little over a month after purchasing and giving it as a gift to someone, I saw that the bike basket was too small for the dog. When I tried to return to Better and Easy Life, I was told that they had a 30 day return policy. I wrote to them two other times explaining that their info on the Walmart site said a 90 day return policy. They still said no. Fortunately, Walmart stepped up and gave me my money back. I will not buy from Better and Easy Life again and I don't recommend them.

Wanted to return, but they ! did not wanted to take the product back. Now I understand why they do not take it back, because it is a product that does not work! :( :(

This company is a sham. No communications about my order. No response to my request to cancel.

Don't even know why I am doing this since it is apparent from the others that Walmart won't fix it.

Ordered from walmart marketplace and shipment was to be here last month. Still delayed. Originally told it would take 2 days. Still waiting. No other updates or responses.

If I could leave a zero I would. I have been contacting them about and item that never arrived and the ups note said it was send back to sender. They have not been cooperating in returning my money back. It has been more than a week dealing with incompetent people that steal your money. Don’t trust them.

Ordered a motor and esc from this place. They said it would be delivered by the 16th well here it is the 17th and it still hasn't shipped. Walmart should get rid of this shady company . tried to get ahold of CS with no reply. I will be asking Walmart for a refund as this was a time sensitive build.

I’ve ordered, well I should say tried to order (still not received) one product from this company. It was promised to be delivered by a couple weeks later. Well the date came and went, they said they had a delay. No big deal. Said it would arrive a week later. Ok fine. Well here it is over a month after the order date and still no closer to having this gift I ordered for my son. Poor delivery, no reason given why the second date was missed. I live in Ky and for some reason my package is in Iowa! I will never order from this company again. I suggest you do your research unlike I did, and choose a more reputable company. Overall if I could give 0 stars I would.
