I almost didn't buy this with all the bed reviews. I ordered on the Wal-Mart site. I'm happy to say my bedding arrived before the date I was given. Package came before I got home husband opened it and said all looked well
Ordered a comforter on March 28, 2019. Didn’t think I had to read customer reviews because I was ordering through Wallmart. I have order several things through Walmart Marketplace and the merchandise was wonderful. Just like the other customers , I get and email from this company that it will arrive April 4th. That didn’t happen. Called Walmart and she said that it is on back order. Funny when I ordered it is wasn’t. She tried to call them and couldn’t get through. The rep emailed them and they have 24 hours to respond. I emailed the day before. I didn’t hear from them. They are SCAMERS!!! I am sure Wallmart will refund me.
They are scammers and a disgusting operating business.
I ordered a blanket a month ago through Walmart I received my items from Walmart, but not my blanket from you people! You haven't even replied to my emails! If anyone wants to order from Best Linen think twice about it!!
Ordered an 11 piece comforter set sent a 7 piece set will not answer calls nor emails
March 2, 2019 I ordered set of twin sheets. I was told my sheets would be delivered on March 14, 2019. They gave me a USPS tracking number.
Now they don't know where my sheets are, I called Walmart on March 18, 2019 at 4:00 pm Pacific time to report this delayed order.They took my information and they gave me a case number to call if I don't here from this company in 24 hours Pacific time, Walmart will deal with this. .
Walmart needs to drop this company ASAP.
On January 5, 2019 I ordered a duvet set from you through Walmart. My order #2761987631626, Empire Home Ocean Blue 7 Piece Comforter Set Over-Sized Wave Embroidered 21069-Queen Size , Item 912187871 was to arrive by January 17. I’ve contacted mail services, Walmart and Best Linen in regard to not having received this item or a way to track it. I’m very disappointed and hope it will be arriving very soon. Please respond, regardless so I know if this is being shipped. Thank you.

Ordered a sheets, and never received them. Status keeps showing delayed with no other explanation. Have contacted Walmart 3 times & Best Warehouse 3 times. Keep getting a run around. Going to call my credit card company for a charge back. Walmart needs to qualify their marketplace sellers better. My son says I should have used Amazon.
I had ordered a bedding set from these guys, but it never came. It said that it was "delayed" for some reason and all the tracking details ever said was "just shipped" and that the "tracking details will be available once the package arrives at the USPS facility". I tried contacting the seller about it myself and they just wouldn't answer or get back to me. I would definitely save your self the time and order what you need from someplace else. This seller is good for nothing.

Scam, walmart stop selling for this unscrupulous company!!! I could not track my order. Walmart. Com could not track my order. United States Postal Service could not track my order. Package never showed up!!! Walmart did refund my money. Don't give Best Linen Warehouse Inc. Your money. I spent countless hours trying to track my order. And by the way , I was told wait time to talk to a USPS (human) was an hour. Total run around. I was hung up on. Scammers.
I will never order from this company again . Customer service stinks. Order one size get another size was not able to get an answer to return it. I have reported this .
I ordered curtains that didnt match the online picture at all. All I received were excuses and was told I would still have to pay to ship them back. Not to mention, poor quality also.
What a joke! Requested cancellation immediately after I placed the order due to it being the wrong size & it was completely ignored. Asked a second time, only to receive an email that the item had shipped. After requesting a third time, they responded with "Hello, unfortunately the order has already been processed. Changes or cancellations cannot be made at this time. Thank you."
Do NOT buy from this company! They sent the sofa pillows I ordered all smashed into a too small package which was all ripped open with the pillows all exposed. It rained the day they were delivered so they got all wet and dirty. I tried to get a refund and was told they would refund me 50% which is totally unfair since the problem was due to their poor packaging. Then I see that instead of the 50% I was only refunded $4 ! Wal-Mart needs to cut ties with this company !
Terrible customer service. No response to emails seeking refund on a returned product I know they received. Do not recommend.
Ordered for a gift. Supposed to be 3 pc comforter set. Got a comforter. That’s it!
Wasn’t even close to the color we ordered. Now have a cheap blanket without any pillow shams to match.
I love my drapes. The only problem I had was, I wanted to order 4 more panels and they were out with no date when they would be available. Customer service was okay and refunded my money for the 4 panels almost immediately. Maybe if some of you other customers use a bit of kindness you might get a bit of kindness.
Why is it so hard for customer service to understand a copy of an order is requested? They keep emailing me, "I don't understand"!! All I want is a exchange on my order! NOT GOOD PEOPLE! Maybe the CEO of Wal-Mart should be notified! Making walmart look bad!
