Screwed up the order twice in succession. Its like this company is managed by MBA wannabee wut dropped out of its two year "degree certification program" from some fly-by-night mail order internets degree mill PhoneIx Campus, in the fifth trimester of its "studies."
No name, presumably fake ( based on reviews) product being shilled by humanities largest big box remarketing warehouse store.
Non existent customer product fulfillment protocol.
Apparantly non English speaking pick and pack staff, or just plain illiterate.
And from wut im reading in the reviews, either complete shyte reviews or OBVIOUSLY paid for troll reviews to falsely report positive reviews. Two of them were cut and paste plagerisms of other products from other resellers. All hail the search engine when in the hands of a literate, native speaking I.T. type.
Ordered a comforter set and they delivered in the wrong color. I returned the item hoping I could exchange but they said they did not have the color I wanted because it sold out. I returned the item and still haven't received my refund since April. I have emailed then continuously and keep getting the same response every time of "we are working on your request and my money should be available soon"
I ordered orange sheets and they sent me some other color called rust. On the back of package it has pictures of the colors they offer and the color orange is there. I called the company and they wanted to help with an exchange so I agreed as long as they could send me orange which they claim they would. I received the new set today and its the same color as the first set - its really funny that on the packing slip they have a quote that states " without your review and feedback, we don't exist!!" I am thinking that maybe they shouldn't if they are unable to sell correct items.
I am satisfied with purschase but received the wrong size. The telephone number is not answering. Please let me know how to solve my problem. P,S the color way wrong also.I ask for blue in color and full in size Please help .
I ordered the Celine comforter in a dark grey. When I received it, it was a lighter colored grey, in person almost looks a light brownish color. Can’t get ahold of the actual company to make a complaint and to see what can be done. Very disappointed. Although I like the comforter, it was not the color I wanted.
Order from Wal-Mart and suppose to received merchandise from Bespolitan. As of today no sheet set.
I am not even giving them one star. I placed an order and ordered one fitted sheet for 14.99. I live three states below them. According to them I got expedited shipping which was 60.00. I tried to cancel in plenty of time before it shipped and they ignored messages on phone and email until it was too late, then after it shipped emailed me and said you selected expedited shipping. I am elderly on a fixed income. A 14.99 sheet ended up costing me 74.99. They would not help me.
I do not understand why WALMART would do business with such a company - I too was given the run-a-round - HOWEVER - I found the SIMPLE FIX - just call your credit card company and CHALLENGE THE CHARGE - PROBLEM SOLVED!
1. Ordered through Walmart and received a Queen sheet set in a caramel/dark beige and not cream as advertized.
2. Item is not the brand Celine as there is no label. Made of polyester.
3. Item had no protective packaging and was just rolled in a ball and crammed in an bag made of the same fabric and shipped wrapped in paper and scotch taped.
4. Item smells of body odor and has HUMAN HAIR ALL OVER the fitted sheet. And I mean everywhere.
5. Bespolitan will not respond to my emails and it’s been almost 6 weeks. Walmart won’t issue a refund and allow me to discard of the nasty sheets until I hear from Bespolitan. Added to that, I was charged $32 duty shipment from NJ to Toronto.
I bought several sets of your sheets last year for Christmas presents...everyone I gave them to.....were thrilled..actually they asked for them again this year..so I have ordered 6 more sets.....continue to make me smile with the product and ill be back AGAIN.....I ORDERED ELEGANT COMFORT 6 PIECE SET

This is a terrible return policy. Can't ever reach anyone by phone. Sometimes not even a message when it is answered! Sent wrong item. Walmart won't return it in the store! You guys are impossible to get a hold of so am I just stuck with this one sheet you charged my credit card with? If Walmart continues to sell items on their website and does not disclose that this item is coming from your stupid company, I will discontinue doing business with Walmart. You guys don't even get a rating from me unless you have a big fat "0". Terrible, terrible company.

I placed 8 fleece blankets in my cart for $23.99 each for a total of $191.92 but the shipping is $256.00! Can someone please tell me why the shipping to WalMart from Bespolitan is more than the blankets?

I ordered a duvet cover from Walmart.com sold by this seller- Bespolitan- that was to be delivered on 3/14. I contacted the seller, who asked for the order #, to which I replied. I emailed two more times between 3/15-3/17. I contacted Walmart.com and they said they would contact the seller. I finally received my package today- 3/18. I needed the cover by 3/14 for a reason and receiving it 4 days later is unacceptable.
