I ordered a magnetic charger for a Maestro Max Att phone. I received a charger that only charges iphones. I specifically said what kind of charger I need. If you didn't have that I should have been informed that it wouldn't work on my phone. Very disappointed

This is unacceptable. I did notify Walmart.com and set up the return to the store within that time frame, the day after Christmas to be exact. Here was the message we were sent below.

We were going to return the item to the store and the family cycled through covid sickness and when we attempted to go back this week that is when we were told to get an extension to return it. It is unopened and you need to make it right.

This is not a Wireless Portable Charger for Samsung Galaxy A 52 5 G in fact for this Samsung you have to plug your phone into this charger to get a charged phone.Which makes this a overpriced wired charger not a wireless charger do not buy for wireless charging. Did not take a refund from Company so I could save millions of people making a bad purchase. Be warned

This company has to be about the worst to deal with. My package was never delivered. It's been excuse after excuse so they don't have to refund your money or ship out a replacement product stay away from them, avoid at all costs customer service is seriously lacking. Will not reply to emails or phone calls. Afraid im going to have to go through Walmart file a claim to get my money back
