I ordered eye cream from them through Walmart. They sent the wrong thing. I contacted them - they want a picture. I don't have a smart phone. They want the item back. I have to go to either USPS or FedEx to send it back.

I will not go any store during Covid. That's why I shop online.

Rip off.

Do not buy from them

I ordered the SNY-AKE youth serum a couple weeks ago. I was super excited about trying this product. When I received the shipment with my bottle the pump didn’t work and half the bottle was missing. When I got in touch with the company they wanted me to send them pictures of it only to tell me it looked full and maybe the bottle was broken during shipping. Meanwhile They told me that I could purchase another and they were going to give me a free one along with it. Very bad customer service.

I ordered 5 simple brand soothing eye balm. $50. I received one box and figured they would be coming in multiple boxes. Then I got an email that the order was complete. I am trying to get refund for the other 5 that never got delivered. Never again.

Spoke to the owner Simon about a L’Oreal product I purchased in Mid December. The product is L’oReal Revitalift Moisture Blur Instant Skin Smoother moisturizer. The product I received has gone bad. It has curdled and separated. I use almost exclusively L’oReal products and have never had this happen. I contacted L’oreal dierectly and they were wonderful. This product has been discontinued so I don’t know how old or where it was stored prior to my ordering it from Walmart.com. Simon told me that he has a 30 day return policy which is fine if you order something you don’t want but if a product is discontinued how will the consumer know if the product goes bad. Poor customer service Simon. I don’t want to give any stars but don’t want to leave this post as unrated.
