Very unhappy with this company ordered a coat. Got the order coat was full of cat / dog hair inside. Will never never use this company again or recommend. One star only because it's my least option. Would rate them -500!!!

I wish I also had read the reviews. I got scammed the same way others did. I placed the order through amazon, paid with card, patiently waited for the week long shipping date, got a notice that its delayed shipment with another date, went past that date so I checked with the USPS , it stated that a label was made but it hasn't been picked up by the carrier. No response from email and no number to call. I wish I could give it a minus review star but forced to give it a one star.

I should have read these reviews before I ordered. Ordered item, card was charged, Label created, and now nothing. I finally received and email telling me the product was cancelled - This is terrible customer service! I will never use the. compann agail.

I should have dug deeper into the internet about reviews on this company before ordering from this company thru Walmart...I ordered 2 shirts from them , about a week later I used the Walmart web page to " track " the order since I had not received an e-mail confirm order had been shipped. The Walmart web page shows the order " just shipped " ( well that was 6 days back ) but going to the USPS site and using the tracking service there I only thing I see is " tracking number created " this means a label has been generated but the product hasn't been shipped ....What is even more of a concern is when I check my Visa card I see that on the day the order was placed , I see the charge for the product.....here's a company that charges you for product even before they claim to have shipped the item and yet it appears they have only printed a shipping label so far......Scary company , I'm going to keep a close eye on this for a few more days , if nothing changes I am going to Walmart to cancel the order and I am going to Visa to and have them issue a charge back...

Such a terrible company. They do not send return labels unless u personally email them and have not even given me my refund. I have talked to walmart customer several times and they are making up excuses and to how they haven't recieved the package. Would rate this -100 starrs if I could, don't order from here.

I need to return an item and they won't return my emails

I will NEVER use this company again. Ordered 3 shirts... 10 days ago. Received nothing yet, so went to check on my order by clicking on the "view your order" button from the original email they sent when I placed the order. My order information popped up....saying my order was CANCELLED... and it was cancelled THREE DAYS after I ordered it, and NOTHING was sent to me stating it was cancelled. AND....to date...no refund of my money. Oh, and don't try calling.... hard to find a number (if it's real) and no one answers. Would give ZERO stars if I could.

SCAM COMPANY - BIG RIP-OFF COMPANY. JUST RECEIVED MY ORDER IN A TIMELY MANNER, but that is all I can possibly say good about them. To return items, you must first obtain a return authorization - but there is absolutely NO contact info of any kind. Guess I'm out my money and stuck with junk merchandise.

Ordered an item from Bell Street Wear as a Marketplace partner through Walmart in April. Bell Street Wear charged me, and said it would be here by the first week of May. Product never arrived, and the company does NOT respond to email requests via the Walmart app. I contacted Bell Street Wear several times, no response.

Contacted Walmart via live Chat in June and Walmart issued me a charge credit. Wish a 0 star review was possible for this Marketplace partner. They take the money, don't ship the product, and then totally ignore the customer!

Ordered on May 18th. Got an update that is was to be delivered on May 23rd. Still nothing.... I went to the local post office think they were the one behind and the package has t even been shipped out yet.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this vendor on Walmart.com. It’s been 3 weeks plus since I placed my order. I have tried several times to contact them via the Wal-Mart app and have not received a response.

On 2/27 20 I ordered 2 jackets XL, XXL from Bell Street Wear a Walmart market place seller . I wanted to return the XXL to Bell Street Wear and I could not get them to send me a return label until a Walmart representative intervened. I returned the the jacket unopened in the original package on 3/13/20 and tracked it's delivery . Bell received it on 3/14/20 . Despite numerous emails to Bell and Walmart , as of 4/11/20 I have NOT received a credit posted to my credit card. I have now directed my credit card company to dispute this charge. As noted in many previous post, I don't see why Walmart continues to carry Bell Street Wear as a market place seller. As for me, I give Bell Street Wear and Walmart a 1 star rating because there is no place for the NEGATIVE 5 STAR that I would prefer.

I ordered from this marketplace from Walmart and since February 29th, I am still waiting for a response on getting my order sent back for a refund. They responded only once wanting a copy of my receipt. Worst marketplace seller!! I really wouldn't even give one start to their company!!

Walmart needs to drop this company ASAP! I ordered sweat pants over a month ago from Walmart. They were coming from Bell Street Wear. I was supposed to get them by Dec.27. I never got them. I have contacted them and haven't gotten any reply. I also contacted Walmart. They contacted them, but I still haven't gotten a reply from them. I am done ordering clothes from Walmart until they drop this awful company.

Returned item to WalMart store. Was not informed I needed additional information to return item. WalMart sent item to another vendor. Now I can't get info on how to return this item from Bell Street or WalMart. Kind of screwed on all points. Will never order from this vendor again.

This place is a sham. Ordered a Christmas present for an abused/abandoned child and it was never filled. Gladly took my money and stated it was shipped, but it was not; only printed a label. Had to go to another vendor to buy present get it to the party on time. STAY away from these people.

I ordered a jacket for my husband and it didn't fit. No one replied to my mutiple emails asking how to return the item. This is a scam business and I am greatly disappointed that Walmart continues to let this company sell on their website. I couldn't even find them listed on the Better Business website. Save your money, shop elsewhere!!!!!!

I ordered 3 shirts from this company via wal mart and only received one. I tried multiple times to contact bell street wear and I have not received an answer. Very poor customer service. I would not order from this company. I wish I could rate it zero stars.
