I ordered and paid for a vanity from this seller-beijinglingxiguangxuanguanggao-and received a tracking number telling me it was delivered to my address with a picture of a package on a front porch. It was clearly not my front porch nor my package.. I was given the wrong tracking number by the seller. This seller is a 3rd party selling through Walmart. I have called Walmart several times. I have talked to at least 20 representatives and 4 or 5 managers. I have been lied to telling me they talked to the seller and they will get back with me within 24-48 hours. Walmart even sent me emails telling me they TALKED to the seller and they would get back with me within 24-48 hours. LIE!!! I spoke to about 4 supervisors all telling me they were escalating my case and apparently never did. They were going to send me confirmation emails, never did... Well today, 8/6/2025, after speaking to another representative and letting him know I am pissed off now and I want my money now, he supposedly spoke to a supervisor and I am supposedly getting refunded my money. I guess we will see. I did get an email and a text message. But that is not money in my bank

ordered portable grill stated it was delivered even though it wasn't supposed to be delivered for three more weeks never got the product called Walmart. All they could do is contact the seller haven't heard anything yet. I'm out my money. I'm out my grill. I wouldn't even bother calling Walmart. All they do is say they will contact seller. They will not honor a refund nor will they honor sending another product. All they do is give you a $10 promo to spend on only $15 or more I really hope I hear from these people. I will send another review if and when I hear from them.
