I ordered a computer bag which was the wrong size for my laptop. I followed the directed channels in which to get in contact with someone to return it and never received any reply, not through phone or email. There was no customer service to speak of. I will not purchas from them again.

I would leave 0 stars if I could. I ordered a child's toy that when it arrived was of TERRIBLE quality. I wouldn't let my child play with it, for fear of their safety, honestly. I submitted a return request on Wal Mart Marketplace and never received a response. I escalated it up the chain with Wal Mart Customer Service, who assisted me but even their response was "sadly the seller doesn't usually care about the customer."

In that case, they shouldn't be allowed to sell on Marketplace, but that's a different story....

I ordered a door mat and it was never sent. They got their money and now you can't reach them by phone. They wont answer your emails. Walmart should be ashamed that they do business with these types of people! For shame on both of you! I'm leaving a one star since I can't leave anything less than that.

I bought a backpack that was supposed to come with a changing pad however it arrived incomplete, I contacted Walmart and they advised me to contact Becko company myself, I'm still waiting for the company to answer my email. Walmart should be also responsible for those items they sell on its website even if those items belong to third parties.

We order the Becko Clear Canopy Bubble Umbrella, it was cheaply made and we attempted to return it on October 18, 2018, through Wallmart. Still, have not heard from the company. The product is cheaply made, don't buy from this company. And shame on Walmart for not screening the company better.
