I want to return a purchase that will not

work for me. But after reading I will be responsible for the shipping cost and that amount will be deducted from my purchase price, it would not be worth my while to return it. I guess I will be giving this to my granddaughters as a Christmas gift.

I ordered an item and never received it. Now, this third party is giving me the runaround on how to get a refund. I would put zero stars and will be reporting them to the BBB, the authorities, and reviewing their establishment on all forms available for stealing my $90 and not providing anything in return. Additionally, Walmart is being complicit in the scam by not forcing the third party to issue a refund since I never received the product. I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK SINCE I NEVER RECEIVED THE ITEM! Originally I would have been fine with them just replacing the product but after dealing with them it is clear they are not the type of establishment I want to support in any capacity. Going to spend the extra 50 bucks to get it from somewhere else since my experience was so awful.

I need to return the Conair Infiniti Pro Long Rollers since they don't give an email unable to write to them. I tried calling no one ever answers and I can't leave a message at all. There's absolutely no way to contact this vendor. That is the worst customer service I've ever seen please don't buy a waste of your money.
