It’s been 2 weeks since I ordered a product I assumed I was getting from Walmart an come to find out it was sold by beauty talk la an never shipped, it is very unprofessional to take someone money and don’t send the product. I’ve called the number online an got no answer I’ve emailed 6 times and no response

Ordered a nail polish set through Walmart+. I have sent multiple emails to the company after not receiving and shipping shows it sitting in LA somewhere for 4 weeks. Ridiculous. Zero effort on their end to correct issue. I will never order from them again. BEWARE

Ordered Opi Funny Bunny nail lacquer from Walmart. Received a counterfeit bottle of lacquer from Michelle Park/Beauty Talk LA. The nail polish is so thinned out by the addition of acetone that it completely streaky and dull rather than even and shiny after application. This company is definitely not legit and is selling fake consumer goods through its knowing big brand host, Walmart who clearly doesn’t care.

This company is very non compliant with contacting customers regarding missing orders/replacement orders. They are a 3rd party seller on Walmart.com. I ordered a product and a label was created but the package was never picked up. Several weeks later I sent a message concerning the order and waited the 48 hrs. I never heard from them. I requested a replacement order and again waited the 48hrs. Once again I did not hear from Beauty Talk LA. Today I just requested for a refund because clearly this company is not in the business of making money or customer service. Stay away from them if you can!!!!

Ordered a product from them was given three different delivery dates then after almost 12 days on a three day order and me messaging twice and getting no response I got a refund from Walmart would never order from them again worst ever do not order from them buyer beware

Purchased Cantu cocoa butter via Walmart.com. It was delivered today, beneath the lid were brown and black spots. Also flakiness and crusty appear around the rim of container. I requested a refund and sent message to seller of my dissatisfaction of the product. I honestly didn’t know that I order through a 3rd party.

Never order from this company beauty talk la they listed a tweentime stick for hair roots listed on Walmart.com placed order beauty talk la cancelled order due to price increase they listed on Walmart web site 6.89 they will not honor that price and Walmart did nothing about stated beauty talk is 3rd party vendor buyer beware ordering from this company and Walmart there customer service did nothing about this issue BUYERBEWARE

Order hair oil on December 16th. Label was instantly created but hasn't moved since. I have contacted the company twice with no reply. Today is Jan 3. I was suppose to arrive by dec 26th. If I dont receive a refund or my package I will be reporting to the bbb. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Horrible seller. Ordered through Walmart.com. OPI Gel Color nail polish and received just a regular polish. It is not Gel as advertised. Seller was contacted through Walmart.com with no response. Now I have to go through the hassle of sending the item back even though pre paid, and waiting for a refund. I wound give them a zero star rating if I could.

I ordered the Mane Choice Multi-Vitamin Scalp Nourishing Growth Oil. When I opened the package I can see white particles floating throughout the entire bottle. Ridiculous! Walmart should start paying attention to these reviews and actually look into all of the returns. Returning this order today. I wish I could give this zero star but the option is not available

Random pkg of nail polish arrived. Never ordered nor heard of this company. Seems like an attempt to steal identity. Use caution with this company. Connected to Wal mart somehow

I have ordered some products from this company 4 times to be told that my order was on its way. But the day it was supposed to be delivered, the next day to be told its delayed with no explanations, no good reasoning for the delay

Haven't received my order YET! Was supposed to receive my order on July 19th and it is now August 4th. E-mailed them several times and received no response! How are they still in business! And, why is Walmart still associated with them!

SCAM

Lacquer thinner was tossed in a shipping envelope with no protection and leaked to the point it was ⅓ empty and the mail carrier was complaining about the smell in her car. Unacceptable!

Same issue as the rest. Created shipping label and USPS never received. Sad Walmart is still doing business with this unprofessional company!
