False advertising at it's finest. Ad claimed I was ordering a 50 pack and they sent 1. Sending it back for a refund.

Ordered a product, and it arrived faster than expected, but the box was empty! No bottle of hair product inside!! To their credit, I called them and they immediately issued a refund (got an email from Walmart that the refund was sent, but it hasn't actually hit my credit card yet.) Only reason I gave it 2 stars instead of one.

I thought it was strange when I told them on the phone that I wanted the product re-shipped, they said they could "only issue a refund". Makes me think they didn't have it to begin with, and they thought I would not seek a refund when I got the empty box? When I went to Walmart.com the company was no longer selling the product, but was now being sold & shipped by "Beauty Encounter"? Weird that the names are so close and now "Beauty Posh" is no where to be found...

They don't say that they are actually selling from China - Walmart should force them to have to make this visible on the seller page - Disgrace

took 3 days to tell me they were out of stock and would take 4-6 weeks/ would I like to cancel.

Worst customer service ever! I did not get my products I ordered. The man that ended up rudely hanging up on me would give me no answers as to WHY and WHERE my order was. Refused to let me speak to a supervisor. I still dont kno why i didnt get my order. I ordered two items on 2 different days and was to receive one tonight at 8 pm and the other tomorrow at 8 pm and nothing. I called the usps and was given your companies number and got no help at all. Its sickening that as a customer I dod not get what I PAID for and then to be treated so rudely just sealed the deal. I will be reporting to the BBB on Monday. The treatment I received tonight should put you out of business! You do not deserve to even be partnered with walmart, you make them look bad! I am furious and utterly disgusted! sadly you do not even deserve ONE star much less 5
