purchased an item from Beauty & Beautiful. after 3 weeks the item never showed up. contacted b&b for refund. the refund took over a week.

I ordered a shirt for my man, it didn't fit. I requested a return authorization to send back and would have ordered a larger size. They fit smaller. I got the "discard the customer" treatment and "We delivered correctly according to your order". I requested the return within the time frame. Never received an email in regard to the return as they stated they would. within 48 hours like they stated. They said to "give it to a friend or family member", ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!!!! Their customer service is absolutely the worst. Hopefully, they will have a "going out of business sale" !!! Never purchase anything from this company!

Beauty and Beautiful is not a company worth doing business with and they leave a bad taste when compared to all the other Walmart Marketplace retailers. I ordered some Christmas light necklaces. I ordered 15 necklaces altogether, but I only received 3. The picture they showed on the website displayed 5 necklaces together, so I ordered three sets, which would be 15 total. I wrote to them about the problem and they responded with, "We delivered correctly according to your order." This company has no business being in business. Do not buy from them.

I ordered 6 chair covers for Christmas (snowmen) for over the back of the dining chairs on 12/4. They said they were shipped on 12/7. Still have not gotten them. I needed them for a dinner tonight, but no reply from the vendor regarding this order!

I ordered 4 pairs of PJ's. Order number 5462079-894640. I received all 4 pairs of PJ's in one package. They did not fit us. I returned all 4 in 1 package but only was refunded for 1 pair!
