Ordered a Panasonic microwave through Walmart in January 2022. It was delivered in the display box only, with no shipping box with protective packaging. The box was full of gashes and the microwave had a large dent on one side. I have contacted Walmart and the return pickup service (Pilot). It will be March 2022 in three days and I'm still waiting!!
I ordered a product on 11/5 was supposed to receive 11/10. Day it was supposed to be received kept saying order delayed waited a couple days canceled the order been 2 days now and still haven't cancelled the order or refunded money have emailed but no response as of yet very disappointed
Bad Customer Service. Ordered a fire pit cover that turned out to be a duplicate and not needed. By the time that we had received the product, returned from a family trip, assembled the fire-pit and determined that we had a duplicate cover, we had exceeded the 30 day return period.by less than 2 weeks and were denied a refund or any sort of credit.
If you want flexibility, understanding and a seller willing to help with a minor problem, do not use Beach Audio. Spend your money with a reasonable seller and buy your merchandise elsewhere!
