ordered to Fitnus knee braces 23/5/23 and not received. Sent email with no response.

I paid $ 56.94 via Patpal to purchase one Fitness watch but I still did not get it.
I purchased 2 of their knee braces, and wish I hadn't. They made it seem like they were different than other braces, and would fix my knee pain. They are the same as others I have purchased and do nothing better than them, and a lot more expensive! I should have gone to their reviews, before buying them. Also there was no paperwork on the purchase, so I have no Idea how to return them, Only way I found this page was to Google the company name. When am I going to learn, not to trust products advertised on Facebook!!!
Purchased 2 fitness watches that do not work well at all. Very poor response from costumer service. My 30 day return window ran out before I could have anything resolved. Stuck with a $90 charge and products that don't work as advertised.
1. Ordered three Fitnus Trackers with bracelets which got double billed and took hours to resolve. Language issue created some of the problems.
2. Had difficult with One Tracker that changed by magic to military time. It took 4 calls to resolve. Got different answers - can not change time setting, will send how to set up watch but never received any documentation (messed up email address). Finally I got a customer rep named "Patricia" that was able to guided me through the necessary steps to fix the problem.
3. The organization's "Customer Service" serves no purpose. They answer the phone and then tells another group to sent general documentation. Which did not address the concerns that had.
You charged me 4 two watches ! I have not received
I purchased multiple SignalTech WiFi (2 Pack), WiFi Range Extender | Up to 300Mbps |Repeater,...(7total) NONE WILL POWER UP , NO POWER NO RESET. NO HOOKING TO WIFI NETWORK. NOTHING!!
I purchased 3 Safealarms through Walmart. Although they are advertised as being 140 db’s, they’re not loud enough to “alarm” anyone, let alone scare someone away! I live in NYC and the noise of our street traffic would drown out any sound these “alarms “ give out. I even tried 2 of them and both were the same…totally unsatisfactory. They will be returned.
