The worst customer service ever. Ordered from Walmart and this company is the distributor for the item. Over 2 weeks later and still no order. Sent 3 emails to Walmart which were forwarded and was supposed to have contact within 48 hours. No response. Called and left message with bayside and no response. Walmart needs to find someone else to use as their distributor. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY I would give 0 stars but you are not allowed. That is the only reason they get 1 star.

They sent me four boxes (18 cans each) of Libby's Vienna Sausage. They were wrapped in plastic wrap (NOT bubble wrap for shipping). It looked like they knew it would leak -- and leak it did. The outside package was in good condition, but inside was terrible. Three of the four boxes were ripped open with loose cans. About a half dozen cans were broken open with meat and juice all over everything -- and it had turned green with mold. Why would they wrap it in plastic wrap if they didn't know it would leak? And why would they expect a product packaged in cans to leak? I think it was dropped before it was packaged for shipment and they sent me the damaged product. I contacted them 13 days ago. They have NOT responded. I even checked my spam folder to make sure their (nonexistent) response hadn't been misdirected. Will NEVER consider buying from them again. Will pay more to buy from someone I can trust.

I ordered chips for a party never received. I canceled the order and now two months later I get the chips but they are not even the right chips I ordered. After reading the reviews I see others have had the same issues . Will be paying attention next time what company Walmart is using

I placed a order with Walmart which than connected me with Bayside Beverage on 1 March since than I have been ping pong from one organization to the other with neither taking the blame for why I don't have my product. It will be a good if no one orders from either since they can't assist when there is an issue.

I order Spideyberry pop tarts, but received Strawberry, which I do not like. I found out that Walmart will not take returns for Bayside. I understand that food items are especially difficult to return, but when it clearly states on my order details that I ordered Spideyberry, I should at least get a refund.

Walmart should sever all ties with this company.

I saw Canada Variety ginger ale 36 ct on Walmart’s website listed for $49.99. It’s triple the cost which is price gouging. It’s normally $10.96 or so at Sam’s Club and other surrounding areas. I am going to report your site to the Attorney General’s Office. We’re in the middle of a pandemic and you all are trying to rip consumers off.

Hi all, I wrote an earlier review on 12/16/20 and wanted to share some more info so hopefully we can all take similar action to stop this terrible Bayside Beverage Online company from ripping off customers.

I just noticed on Walmart under "My Items" that the Ritter 12 pack was back, posted again as sold by Bayside Beverage Online! I couldn't believe it after they never sent me anything or emailed me back for months. And they seem to be doing similar things to other customers here. So I clicked on the one and only 5 star review (that's a red flag right there!!) to write my own review warning customers not to buy any products from them since they sell other things besides Ritter. If Bayside Beverage scammed you for a different product, go to your "My Items" part of your Account or find the product in your past orders, click on it, then write your candid review that way. In my review, I basically gave them a 1 star rating for Ritter (I would have given them zero but there's no option and a rating star of some kind is required to proceed), then I bypassed all the like/dislike buttons on features like Craving, value for money, smoothness b/c none of them applied since I never got my order. I went straight to the "Details Please! Your Review helps other Shoppers" Box and explained how I never got anything or a response, like many other customers here etc. I spared no detail. Then I added the title "Do not buy: I and others never received anything", clicked that I didn't recommend the item, then hit "Submit Review." Not sure if Walmart or Bayside Beverage will suppress this review. But it was worth it to try to warn others.

I also recommend clicking on "Report Incorrect Product Info" (on lower left hand of whatever product page you had an issue with) and provide your feedback to Walmart directly that way too. You'll see the link "Report Incorrect Product info" underneath the product picture. Click on it and a Pop Up Box will appear asking you to "Please tell us about the issue." Then it says "Where is the issue?" - I selected "Other Product Details" in the drop down box. Then in "What is the Issue" I wrote "Other" and wrote my complaint in the "Tell us more" part (this is only 300 characters so you need to be brief). I basically just requested they not allow Bayside Beverage Online to sell anything anymore and I provided the link to this wmtsellers website with everyone's feedback here on their frustrated experiences. Hopefully Walmart listens and does something about it. Or at least they allow my review tp be posted so others can be warned.

Hope this info to take some kind of action helps even just a little bit to empower us all. Good luck and god speed to everyone! I'll check back here again in a few weeks to see if anyone else had any luck getting Walmart to pay attention to the reviews about this nightmare Bayside Bev Online company.

THEY TOOK MY MONEY!!! Shame on this "company".

I've made several attempts (phone calls and emails with no luck because they're not answering either one) to try to speak to someone regarding my order that I placed back in Nov, that I still haven't received.

I highly suggest not ordering from this con place because you will not get what you ordered. Save your money and find a different company to order from.

Ordered an assortment box of land o lakes hot cocoa mix packages in late November for a Christmas gift. It was to be delived by dec. 21 .It is now January 12 and I have yet to receive this. Never again will I order from this company.

I ordered chips as part of my Walmart order in November and just received it January 6th. On top of that I selected to reorder and I didn’t know it was going to this company nor that they had charged me almost $15 for a bag of chips that I’d normally like 4 to 5. Rip-off

I agree with everyone else here. I ordered a 6 pack of Orangina. After constant inquiries and no reply, I sent a cancellation. Finally got a reply it was in transit. Ordered November 19th but it didn't arrive till Jan 2nd. I was surprised that only 1 bottle out of the 6 was broken and the box was smashed. BEWARE!

I cant believe Walmart associates with these scum. I ordered this as a Christmas gift at begining of month and was to be delivered on the 17th, i expected delays bc of covid and the holidays but its the 30th and they have not even shipped it they had only created a label back on the 11th. Call the customer service number for this company and get a voicemail box that is full. Walmart finally issued a refund when i called fuming mad, i seen there is several people with this same exact issue some waiting up to 6 months without product or refund. Company charges for expediated shipping and yet has no intention of sending product out. A Complete Rip Off! Do Not do Business with Bayside Beverage. What a headache! Where is the minus star rating choice not even worthy of 1 star!

What a ridiculous company. Will take your money and allow you to pay for expedited shipping even though they know they don't have it in stock. Ordered 4 cases of a hard to find beverage and paid almost the purchase price in shipping to get it guaranteed by Dec. 23. RUINED my XMAS!!!!! Have been trying to find this product online for more than a year at a decent price, so for the love of God, please don't let them blame Covid. Cant believe that Wal-Mart would be associated with this retailer. Complete garbage.................... No option for zero stars.

Wow it's a scam. And Walmart, unlike Amazon, will not refund the money.

Placed order July 4, 2020. Received shipping confirmation from Walmart Aug 3 -- it's now Dec 28 and USPS tracking still shows label was created but package not in system.

Emailed [email protected] Aug 12 and Dec 17 -- never got a reply. Tried to call Bayside at # 925-306-9752 but no answer.

Tried to contact Bayside through Walmart.com Aug 26 -- Walmart auto reply said email forwarded to Bayside and should get response within 48 hours. Never heard back.

Contacted Walmart.com via Customer Service Chat on Dec 17. Walmart agent "Dennies" said they'd "escalate this issue" directly to Bayside and I should hear back from them within 48 hours. Never heard back.

Contacted Walmart.com via Customer Service Chat today (Dec. 28). Walmart agent "Ali" said they'd "send the request to seller on priority to look into this" and would hear back within 24 hours. I explained earlier Walmart chat and requested refund or speak to supervisor. "Ali" said I should contact the seller directly. Told her I did and haven't heard back. While waiting for her to respond I tried calling the Bayside # again and now there's a message that their mailbox is full.

"Ali" then says she checked with supervisor and that "it's out of return policy and refund is not possible" and I should raise a dispute with my financial institution. After I explained (again) that I've been requesting a refund since August, she finally connected me with supervisor "Sadia" who said she's sending it to the "billing team" for a refund and I should get a refund confirmation in 24-48 hours.

Walmart seems to think magical things happen every 48 hours. In 2 days, I'm filing complaints with my credit card company, Better Business Bureau, the state Attorney General's office another reviewer left info for above, as well as the Federal Trade Commission as they probably have jurisdiction since it's interstate commerce.

Bayside is clearly a scam, but Walmart is too for not resolving complaints about them and continuing to allow them to "sell" on their site.

Took my money on Amazon, and turns out they are the same guys fulfilling my order on Walmart. I can't get cactus cooler anywhere else and they got me twice. Learn from my mistakes.
