Ordered a gift for my girlfriend’s birthday 6 days beforehand and paid for shipping to get here on the day needed. Item didn’t ship until the day before her birthday and now I’m told it’ll be another week. I want my shipping refunded since you don’t care about time anyway. Would give zero stars if possible.
Have tried contacting this seller for weeks as my order was never delivered and they need to initiate the lost package procedures but have not received any communication. I have emailed and called multiple times. Have been on hold with Walmart support multiple times for hours on end to get this resolved. I ordered this three weeks ago!!! Terrible customer service.
