I had ordered 4 different styles of flowers through the Walmart app, they were supposed to be delivered on the 27th of January. I received 1 bunch of flowers on the 28th which I didn’t care if was late, checked on the others and had discovered that it was delayed when I had contacted the seller they advised me that they were shipped and to check with USPS and see why I haven’t received them. Today I was messaged by Walmart that the seller wasn’t able to fulfill my order and was issuing a refund. Note to seller DON’T LIE TO CUSTOMERS! I’m planning my daughters wedding and will be spending a lot of money but because you lied I will take my business elsewhere. P.S their flowers are not good quality the head of flowers do not stay on stems. cheap
Bought an item they sent wrong color.
I paid to send it back they promised to refund me money but never did after months of my requests.
I would not trust them

I have tried numerous times to get Balsa Circle customer service to honor a return for silver drapes I ordered that were a beige color. I requested a return invoice and return address label and though the company indicated they have emailed them to me repeatedly, I only received a blank return invoice. I have checked my spam, junk folder and inbox repeatedly to no avail. I will avoid ordering from this company again!!
