worst seller ever. I have reached out to them over 20 times to try to return an item that I ordered. Initially they responded by asking me why I wanted to return the item. When I responded that I had changed my mind and that I had never even opened the box, they offered a 10% discount for me to keep the item. When I replied that I preferred to return it, they ghosted me. I have not heard a word back from them since then - 3 weeks ago. I have contacted them daily. I have been to Walmart. I have e-mailed Walmart. No response. I guess that's how they do business now - just ignore the customer. I wish I could leave zero stars.

I purchased CureCure heating pad from walmart.com It had no low heat. Too hot for my use. I attempted to return it and received an email from pros seller, Baisiteweipu told me "PITY" and offered $5 . Do not buy anything on walmart.com if they are the seller. Horrible customer service.

Maxkare recumbent stationary bike. They are a waste of money mine didn't work for a minute, no lie.

To top it all off they sent me two and asked me to try to sell it for them. For a twenty dollar refund to my account.

Walmart on line customer service didn't help the situation by adding to phony purchase order numbers this is all true have emails to prove it.

The customer service told me over the phone that the order showed one purchase only she then preceded to put me on hold for 32 min. and it still took 15 days to resolve the issue.

Even after sending them screen shots of walmart customer service online chats. Showing the discrepancies of order number.

Sent back at there expense, waiting to see how long it will take to get my money back.

So beware this company also makes pro seller excercise equipment sold instore and on walmart market place.

DO NOT BUY from this company! I was sent an item with the electric cord missing and no directions in a torn up box that obviously been returned and retaped. I returned it to Walmart and they refused a refund and said I would have to contact the company. The company replied that it was Walmart's problem. I have an item that can't work and no refund at this time. I will never ever order Walmart online again. They said this was a third party vendor.

Worst experience in my life. Never again will I buy from Walmart if this seller is involved.

Worst company to purchase anything from. I purchased an exercise bike from they and received the item, a day later I decided to return the item because I had found a similar bike cheaper. I started my return and the company emailed me asking if I would accept 50.00 and to keep the bike. I emailed them that I did not need two exercise bikes. The company emailed me again asking where I had purchased the other bike. Seems as if they do not want to refund the item which I have had less than a week. Still waiting on the return label after numerous calls. BE VERY AWARE OF WHAT YOU PURCHASE FROM THEM BC IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED, IT WILL BE A HASSLE TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK!

I am suffering from post trauma from a fractured wrist. I saw a hand/wrist massager on Walmart.com. The item was posted as saying it could relieve pain and stiffness on aching joints and sooth nerves & tendons. Reading this, heck I thought to myself, I hit the golden cow. After it was delivered. As soon as I got it I tried it and when I turned it on, it was like I had put my hand into an alligators mouth.

Immediately I hit the shutoff button before anymore damage could be done. I am trying to send it back, but does not make it

easy.

I should give zero star.

I purchased an eye massager and the item has design problem. It is away too small for my head and my eyes cannot even attach to the massager. Bad quality and Walmart's response is that item belongs third party order so they cannot give me refund and return the item. Just waist my time and money to order items from walmart.com. Never do it again

Wish I could leave 0 stars. The package never arrived and then got a run around when it didn't. The "emailed" me responses... but the emails never came either....

I emailed and cancel an order less than five minutes after placing because of a dispute regarding bank card - ten minutes later I got an email saying the item is being shipped

No customer service phone number, delay, delay, delay shipping. Offers a refund, but never refunds. Buyer beware!

These people are very unprofessional! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER ! They will try and steal your money and not send out the order you buy from them ! They will “delay” the order and it won’t come for 1 month + and then they will try to say it’s to late to get a refund ! Be careful !
