The worst online experience I have ever had. Placed and order and the order was confirmed. They sent us the wrong item. When we contacted them they said sorry the shipped but the wrong item and told us to return for a refund. We replied that we did not want a return we wanted the item we purchased. They replied they could not offer the product because they did not have it in stock. Oddly enough, the seller was still advertising the item online but for 2x the amount we paid. When I questioned about the item showing online they just sent me an automated message telling me they would just refund.
They never asked if it minded waiting a few weeks for the product or gave me a choice. In fact the item they shipped me was only worth 1/2 of what I paid. If they did not have my item in stock, why would they even ship anything? We think they did it to force a return and not honor the price.
