On Walmart market place this place advertised with photos and descriptions to be selling the Brand name Shop Vac type E, for size 4-8 gal shop vac in a package 3 ok of bags for $10.95. What was received was Not SHOPVAC brand and was instead A brand called EnviroCare technologies and for size 5-8 gallon shop vac machines. When contacted about this discrepancy of what was advertised and what was received, no apology was offered and they were very aware that the item was not shop vac as they excused themselves and informed me SHOP VAC has gone out of business and is providing these for them to sell in place of the SHOP VAC ones. That’s understandable if they were caught off guard and hadn’t had notice or time to change their photos and descriptions on their product sold at Walmart.com. But there is not Excuse not to offer an apology with your explanation and NO EXCUSE to not have this updated and corrected for future sales. What a hassle and horrible customer service. Don’t fill orders that you don’t have the correct item to fulfill it with and cause us both extra work for a return and refund process. ZERO stars for you!
