Product is not ADA approved, despite misleading claims. The "BASS Technique" touted by the company is not unique to the product and is just the suggested way to use any toothbrush. The fact that the BASS Technique is ADA approved should not be taken to suggest that this product is in any way endorsed by the ADA.
This company has a history of silencing voices critical of its advertising practices, and refusing or giving only partial refunds to customers dissatisfied with its product.
At the time of writing, Autobrush's practices have earned it a B- with the Better Business Bureau.
