This company has to be a scam. You can't contact them by phone.

We purchased an auertech portable washer and it works great & we love it!! however we want to maintain it & keep it working & the accompanying manual is not good.. it does not show the machine we have & how to reach the bellows to clean it.. we are able to clean the lint filter but not the overflow filter & bellows as suggested because the manual does not show where they are located or how to clean..

I would like my refund for this portable cooling system that does not work and sucks up my electricity. I purchased the zhl-5500 through Amazon wich is why I am very surprised and will not shop through Amazon agian because of them being affiliated with this company and letting this happen to people like myself. I want my full refund or I will be reaching out to the Better Buisness Bureau about everything in detail. You as in this company trying to offer me a $40 refund when this system cost me almost $200, not to mention it not only doesn't work but burns up electricity. I want a full refund ASAP 703 9097261

I'm having the exact same issue as everyone else. Faulty/defective product, seller tells you to fix it on your own, sends you manual to fix on your own, asks you to send pictures, and then tells you, "well the washer still works so just wash your clothes and then wring them out to dry." I called Walmart customer service who didn't seem to really care that this seller is scamming people online and using their name to do it. All they could tell me was that I was past the warranty period. I used the machine 2 times...2 times and on the second time, the dryer stopped working. I basically threw away $180!!

If I could leave zero stars I would. This company doesn't stand by their products. They are listed as a 3rd party seller on Amazon and I won't make that mistake again! Amazon doesn't want to pay the shipping label so I can ship back. Very disappointed in Amazon and the seller for not resolving the issue.

This company is Scam DO NOT BUY ANYTHING GROM WALMART OR THEM! They send you a broken washer machine and will not issue a refund. What they do tell you is that you should try to fix the product you paid for on your own. And then they just stop replying to your emails. And Walmart does nothing until your 90 day expires which then they will tell you they can not further assist you because youve passed the 90days. It doesn’t even matter if you call within the time frame as to I have emails and phone records proving I reported the issue within those 90 days yet Walmart lied. This company Auertech Group & Walmart are working together scamming innocent people do NOT FALL VICTIM !!

I bought the same exact washer and had the same exact problem! Fom Auertech! Except they said they would reward me $30 dollars if I would basically stop using it and try later. The load was only 3 tiny shirts and it doesnt work! Zero Stars

I got a washer through Walmart.com, and it was sold by Auertech Group . The spinner stopped working shortly after the trial. I contacted the seller. First, they asked me to take a photo for proof. I did. Then, they asked me to take a video, and PROMISE they would provide me an ideal solution. I made a thorough video to show them what was wrong with the machine. Then, they sent me a schematic of the machine and asked me to fix it. They said if I can make it work, they would give me $50 dollars for a reward. I felt that they totally made fun of me, and the machine still did not work. Walmart said Auertech was supposed to take care of my issues, but the company did not respond to me after the third email. They disappeared. They never refunded me any compensation. I feel I am scammed.
