Audiosavings must be the most dishonest and unscrupulous seller I have ever dealt with. Not only did they send me completely the wrong speakers (cheap garbage) they refused to communicate with me after I sent them photos. Needed to get Walmart Main Office involved. They need to go out of business!
Absolutely the worst of the worst. They ship a product that was tampered with and 2 weeks later they make excuses about issuing FedEx Call Tags, lie about making things right, and communicate in poor broken English.
I ordered a Rockville P.A. system that advertized a 17 foot Rca cable to come with the kit. They sent me a 10 foot cable .I emailed them about the problem and they would not send me the right cable.The system claimed it was 800 watts , not even close mabey 100 watts.
Do not buy from this company if it is a gift because you can not return the item or exchange it past 30 days. They would not do a thing to make it right. Poor customer service 0 stars. ☹️ I was very disappointed.
