''sells'' as a Market place seller hidden behind Walmart.com [ among other secret seller sites.] ASA has MULTIPLE PAGES OF 1 STAR [ lowest possible rating] for taking money and NEVER actually shipping anything at all or delivering broken-unusable items with no customer service or way to return. SCAM SELLER ??? you judge. Walmart must get a commission as they let it go ON AND ON and allow seller to continue scamming trusting customers. The listed contact number --631-805-4131-- does npot answer ASA TECHMED-- but an unidentified voice. Expect no service or refund! BEWARE. RATING? == -5 == MINUS 5
And after waiting an extra three days when it was promised a "2-day" delivery. The masks seem to be inferior and made in China, when on the website it didn't mention that at all!
I threw them in the pail!
I also did not receive my masks and have contacted USPS they have 3000 calls about this and have already started an investigation.
I also was charged for face masks shipped on April 14 and were not shipped. I also am contacting my credit card company for a refund.
I never received my face masks that I paid for. I contacted the company and Walmart and neither offered me a refund. The company said it shipped but all they did is
generate a shipping label . When I track it, the tracking shows the USPS never received it. after several phones calls to Walmart and emails with the company I got no where. Walmart does not help you at all. I got ripped off and I contacted my credit card company to help me with a refund. Shame on Walmart for not helping me.
When ordering online, do not choose to pay extra for expedited shipping. They do not deliver. The product arrived after the estimated "free delivery" date. There is no refund offered for $20 paid to expedite the shipping
