i purchased a stethoscope and bp cuff from these people from Walmart. I was sent the order pretty quickly. But, only to find i owed 4.64 in postage due. I already paid that, but what they did was stuffed (and I mean stuffed) it into a priority mail envelope; hence, costing me more moolah. I might add that the product box was squashed. I don't think it harmed the product, but the box, and their envelope, burst open and had to be retaped during transit. The scope is cheap, but very usable. And seeing how these things are borrowed and not returned-the borrower does not have a real prize. The cuff is pretty decent for the price. better than a few I paid more for. The bandage scissors are garbage, but i can find a use for them around the house-until they break after first use. if it wasnt that i had to pay more and the envelope was destroyed (their fault) i would have chalked it up to you get what you pay for and actually been happy.

Walmart has called, emailed also several times and still no answer from

ASA TECHMED as to where my paid in full ordered package is!

Don't waste your money on products from ASA Techmed. I ordered an adult size BP monitor and was sent a child sized one instead, and customer service has been entirely unresponsive to my efforts to obtain a refund. It seems that if you buy from this company, you'll be lucky if you even receive what you ordered in the first place.

I chose to order a more expensive digital thermometer that was supposed to arrive in 2 days... A month later finally received a thermometer but not the one I ordered! It was a cheap one!

I purchased an oximeter from ASA through Walmart. I also purchased an extended warranty. The meter has stopped working after just a few months and should still be under the original warranty. I got in touch with Allstate who the extended warranty is through and was instructed to reach out to Walmart who in turn sent the info to ASA. No reply. I have reached out to Walmart again and I am waiting to hear from them. In the meantime, I am going to reach out to Allstate again, and I may go ahead and reach out to the BBB. Apparently, ASA is not a reputable company. If they correct this issue I will come back and correct this review. And that rating should really be 1/4 star.

Missing parts of Med Kit. No response from company. Product pulled from WalMart. Buyer beware! No refund!

''sells'' as a Market place seller hidden behind Walmart.com [ among other secret seller sites.] ASA has MULTIPLE PAGES OF 1 STAR [ lowest possible rating] for taking money and NEVER actually shipping anything at all or delivering broken-unusable items with no customer service or way to return. SCAM SELLER ??? you judge. Walmart must get a commission as they let it go ON AND ON and allow seller to continue scamming trusting customers. The listed contact number --631-805-4131-- does npot answer ASA TECHMED-- but an unidentified voice. Expect no service or refund! BEWARE. RATING? == -5 == MINUS 5

And after waiting an extra three days when it was promised a "2-day" delivery. The masks seem to be inferior and made in China, when on the website it didn't mention that at all!

I threw them in the pail!

I also did not receive my masks and have contacted USPS they have 3000 calls about this and have already started an investigation.

I also was charged for face masks shipped on April 14 and were not shipped. I also am contacting my credit card company for a refund.

I never received my face masks that I paid for. I contacted the company and Walmart and neither offered me a refund. The company said it shipped but all they did is

generate a shipping label . When I track it, the tracking shows the USPS never received it. after several phones calls to Walmart and emails with the company I got no where. Walmart does not help you at all. I got ripped off and I contacted my credit card company to help me with a refund. Shame on Walmart for not helping me.

When ordering online, do not choose to pay extra for expedited shipping. They do not deliver. The product arrived after the estimated "free delivery" date. There is no refund offered for $20 paid to expedite the shipping
