Awful awful awful. Don’t buy this rug. Really cheap quality. Very thin and has a terrible smell. A waste of money and you have to ship it back at your own dime to get a return. Customer service does not care AT ALL!
They sent the wrong color rug, and they would not pay to send it back, they ecpected me to pay for return shipping when it was thier mistske. The customer service was very unfriendly and hard to deal with.
This company charged me for a rug I did not receive in the mail and they are not willing to investigate the situation or better yet try to send me a replacement for the inconvenience. ALSO they have no interest in issuing my refund but they had no problem charging me for it . NEVER AGAIN will I even think about ordering from this company again !!!!
