Terrible vendor on Wal Mart Marketplace. They are not responsive to emails or phone calls. Shipping status showed "delayed" for over 30 days. WalMart encourage you to work with the Marketplace vendor but this vendor is awful! A BBB complaint was filed and after BBB research they found this company is working under false pretenses' and using the company name without authorization. Stay away! They get the lowest rating because a "no Star" is not an option.
Literally haven’t had a worse experience with an online retailer. Buying from wal mart is great but stay far away from them. They will delay shipments for months on end and are impossible to email. Don’t believe me? Just try and email them and I guarantee you that you will get an error message. Would give zero stars if I could.
Worst vendor I have ever dealt with from Wal Mart Marketplace. My order has been in delayed status for over 30 days and DHL tracking number provided is invalid. They do not return phone calls, sends vague and grammatically butchered emails and overall a poor supplier. Business appears to be operating from a garage in a residential neighborhood in Miami, FL. All the red flags of a scam operation. They get 1 star because a zero star is not an option. Stay away from them!
