Two dozen yellow roses arrived

We'd. Oct. 4, 2023. Opened box immediately which was too small for the flowers. Vase was too small for more than 6 blooms but there were only 8 that were worth saving. By the next day, even those were drooping. Trying to separate the blooms was impossible because none of the thorns were removed and stems were tightly entwined.. Never have l received roses in this condition. Sorry for that money wasted by the sender!

My preview they are horrible. I’m hoping I can post a picture of what actually arrived not at my mothers address but at the neighbors address and the plants were half dead, horrible horrible thing for Mother’s Day especially since my mother has dementia and this was possibly my last Mother’s Day with her.

I just received a bouquet for mother's day. The flowers were broken, wilted and the box full of petals. I have received flowers from here before, but I have never been so disappointed.

I have heard nothing from you!!! You guarantee satisfaction and I was and am not satisfied. I have pictures showing the day the flowers arrived and also pictures showing day three and four. I also have packaging. I assume YOU are not going to do anything about the mess then I guess I will have to take the next step. {Please won't you try to satisfy at least one customer.

Flowers came yesterday, December 28th. They were shipped on December 20th. They were all dead or nearly dead. My daughter had sent them to me for Christmas. I do not see how sending an email accomplishes anything. If you guarantee complete satisfaction then you will replace them.

My son sent me a bouquet of flowers from Arabella for Mother's Day. The first day they looked fine. By the second day most of the flowers had wilted and the roses started losing their leaves. Needless to say, by day four the flowers were in the garbage since they had turned brown and were falling apart. What a waste of money.

The glass vase and the box had a bunch of dead bugs in it, at least I hope they were all dead. I threw the box outside immediately. Half of the flowers were wilted. Happy Mother's Day

Daughter received Xmas centerpiece. Said it was wilted and lasted One day and then threw it out. Tried to track it and found it came from Bogota Colombia, then to US and finally to Montana. Total rip-off.
