This company is running a bogus business. I can relate to some other comments. They have a nice website and all kinds of promises (price match guarantee, etc), but all fake. Their phone number is not in service when called, no order status was provided for days and when I emailed multiple times asking for the status or refund, they emailed saying that the money was refunded. It's been two days and I'm still waiting for the refund. It seems like they are just using customer money for weeks. Please avoid this type of fake business and just buy from your local stores.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. FRAUD/scammers. Took my money and no ILVE range. I have been emailing, calling, texting and no one responds. Beware!!!!!! No stars. Really want someone to go after them. Horrible to do this to people.
I tried to buy a sauna on Amazon through Lifestyle Vivid. They had a lengthy delivery window, but I assumed it was due to size/weight. They billed immediately, but could never provide tracking. They never shipped, but used my money for a few weeks. They claimed in the end that they had supplier problems. They are still listing the same product, and showing inventory.
Bought a microwave from them through their Amazon storefront. Paid for prime 2 day shipping and was confirmed to be delivered in 2days. They did a bait and switch… and told me it would be three weeks till delivery. Even worse, they refused to cancel and refund the order. Had to do a charge back with my credit card.
In my opinion the company Lifestyle Vivid L.L.C doesn't know what they are doing. they have a nice website with good pictures, but their technical help is not good. I bought a steam shower from them. There were no instructions on how to put it together, I called them and asked what to do, they reference a YouTube video that showed people putting a shower similar to mine together but with no one talking. The people in the video were maybe Koren, so they played music over them talking. My steam shower doesn't work, something is wrong with the electrical parts. They referred me to the people they got the shower from for help with the electrical, they still couldn't help me get it to work. So I tried to return the shower, I called them back on Nov 11th 2021, they said they will start the process, I have called and called since and they don't answer the phone. I was able to reach someone on Jan 21st 2022 they said they will get right back with me the guy I needed to talk to was on the phone. it's March 1st 2022 and still no one has called me. I have called them again several times and no one answers the phone call. I'm guessing they have blocked my number. I just want this corrected. I paid $3,100 for a steam shower with lights, radio, jacuzzi tub, etc. and none of it works.
