Take it from someone who used to work for their warehouse: there is a very strong reason why returns aren't processed for days. It is because the RMA team is only 1-3 guys at any given time. They're only paid barely more than $10/hr, receive no benefits and struggle to meet the demands of a CEO who wants a team of 1-3 guys to evaluate, test, clean, re-package and ship over 1000 items per day.

Generally, the warehouse team are aware of the problems customers face, and they try to help as best as they can, but the CEO and his managers quite literally laugh about customer reviews and complaints and have told us multiple times to "ignore the whiners, just focus on increasing numbers."

My experience is very similar. I called them several times to cancel an Order before it shipped. They tried to keep almost $50 of my money. Wal-Mart made it right.

Literally thieves. I made an incorrect order, and canceled within mins of purchase. They claimed that they already shipped it, even though they didn't process and ship two days later. The support even acknowledge the mistake but took no action. Complete e-commerce fraud, and really tarnish what Walmart.com should be.
