I ordered through Walmart and purchased a bolt cutters. I didn't know I was buying from a third party. Product arrived EXTREMELY WARN/USED. Anggrek emailed for photos. When I sent photos of the item, they did not want to replace. I wish I could post the photos to genuinely urge you to be CAUTIOUS and do NOT buy from this seller. Walmart should not be selling from unprofessional/misleading third parties such as Anggrek Store
Bought the Anggrek Jack Stands. They are advertised with a photo that says '6 ton'. No other description to let you know these are toys. I bought them to repair my automobile. When they arrived, they were about 3 inches tall for use with a radio controlled car (RC). Pretty useless for what I needed. But the saving grace was I returned them to a walmart store locally, went to customer service and got a quick refund. (Product Description was incomplete or misleading).
I can not give even one star . I ordered though Walmart.com and they sent tracking number but never shipped but claimed to have shipped early . I tried to get a resolution . They wanted me to send more money via PayPal before they would send me replacement . Do not purchases any products from Anggrek They do not honor or take responsibility for missing orders .
