I ordered an Xbox one power brick and received it today only for it to blow up as soon as I plugged it in to my Xbox!

THEY LIE ABOUT SHIPPING DO NOT ORDER!!! I had originally purchased a backpack through walmart.com and you are a third party supplier. I am extremely upset I had put the order through 10 days ago and there is NO update on my order. As a third party supplier it is YOUR responsibility you look after your orders and ship them out for delivery to your consumers. Walmart had giving you this platform to sell your products and your company has ignorantly have not updated your shipping process or have been available for contact when these problems happen. I will be taking this problem a step further and contacted the managers and supervisors in the corporate offices of Walmart so they can push for further investigation and action so this will not happen again to any family or consumers. If you do not know or have the means or resources to do business please do us all the favor and don't conduct them at all!
No contact info at all....my purchase delayed a week and still no where to be seen.
