Both bars that the motor turns to raise bed broke withing 1 month. Welds all broke. Cant find any replacement parts. It was the cheapest one I could find on amazon and it is just that. Cheap.

Item not received 5 days after promised date. Have spent hours on email, phone, and chat with this company and wal-mart attempting to cancel the order and it is still not cancelled. No idea where the item is and no refund. Wal Mart has been 0 help as well they refer me to this company and they take 48 hours to respond to emails and there is no other wa to contact them.

Piece of crap product shouldn't be sold unless it comes already assembled.

Bought a bed frame and it is unopened and they refused to take it back. They offered me 20 dollars to keep a 300 dollar bed frame. Why would I want 20 dollars and not my 300 dollars back? Will never buy here again and will advise everyone against it. Very disappointed and very dishonest company this is.

Avoid this company at all cost. I bought full platform frame impossible to assemble 30 pieces that were defective.

This is a horrible company to deal with i didnt even mean to order the dam bed in thenfirst place but after I attempted to get a refund they told me it would be a 60 dollar shipping and restocking fee... fuck this place

I am writing about their amolife full size elevated bed frame. I purchased it through Walmarts. Never purchase this bed frame!!! After watching the video, on You Tube, you would think it would have not taken too long to put together. After getting it all together, I was not able to get the motor and the remote to sync together. The head would not elevate, nor would the feet. Then try to get a refund!!! You would think you asked for the world.

Whatever do not ever buy this bed frame! It is not worth it!!!!

Had to throw it in the trash. Absolutely impossible to assemble . Everything from defective grommets to inappropriate parts inventory in shipment.

What a pain to assemble but I knew I would have to. But to get to the finish point & put mattress on only to have 6 wooden slats fall out! What do I do now???

AMOLIFE is a horrible company and a scam!

1. Product was defective or missing pieces.

2. Difficult to assemble

3. Working with this company to get return was a NIGHTMARE.

But your products elsewhere and save your time and $$! Truly terrible experience. Wish I could give negative stars.

I purchased a bed frame from this company through walmart and there was no instruction and I am not even sure if the parts are there. So I actually have a bed i can use or even put together. the # walmart gives me is china # 137-388-6080 what kinda number is that. Walmart should be ashamed of themselves for dealing with a company with contact information.

I bought a bed from this company through Amazon all the parts were not there they offered to send me a refund of $30 because they don't have the parts in the warehouse when I paid $215.98 for the bed that's crazy I have a bed that I can't even use now and I'm out $215.98 that's awful business

Very disappointed when my sideboard buffet arrived. The description clearly states, QUICK ASSEMBLY, but my husband has been messing around with this for hours, only to find holes are missing in the sideboard that are needed for the track. There are OODLES of pieces, nuts, bolts, etc., that we did not expect to have to use either, AND the website also says 24/7 customer support, but there is no way to contact, unless you leave an email and that says wait 48 hours for a response. Grr.
