My story almost identical to Iris's (October 2020.) I ordered one item the first week in July. On July 21 my account was charged & Ami Ventures promised delivery to my local Walmart between August 3rd & 10th. Nothing to date. Customer Service in Walmart couldn't help, but gave me a toll-free number to call. When my call was finally answered, the connection was broken. As of today, Nov.18, 2020, I do not have the product I ordered, & I'm out $49.33 If I gave a true rating, it would be --10

The only reason I gave them a 1-star was that zero or negative were not options. Try getting any assistance from them.

If Walmart has them on their market website, and Walmart charges my credit card, then Walmart should handle the refund process, not give me some useless link to contact the seller directly.

I was looking for an Icom 2300 radio, It's listed here for $300, This is almost double what you can buy the same radio from a amateur radio store. That and their bad reviews instantly changed my mind. Ill never buy from AMI Ventures.

Seller repeatedly lied about shipping product and then when called on it, refused to issue a refund. Also, all three phone numbers listed for contact do not work, making it virtually impossible to speak to a live person. I would not recommend this seller to anyone looking for an honest shopping experience. I should have looked at the reviews before giving them my business. I am hopeful others will see this review and think twice about dealing with them.

This review is about a price listing by "AMI Ventures Inc" through Walmart online website in CANADA.

A 32 oz. bottle of "LA's Totally Awesome Orange All-Purpose Degreaser" for $51.70. . .

THE DOLLAR TREE in the USA sells LA's Totally Awesome Orange All-Purpose Degreaser , 64 fl.oz. for $1.00 . There should be a law against this type of crime. Do you not have a conscience AMI Ventures Inc.

I ordered a water filter [email protected]) International US4-13 under sink water Filter on September 16, 2020. through a Walmart online service. I had no idea that there are" seller" that operates under their company name called AMI VENTURES. These people use Walmart to sell their products. These people shipped me a broken product and it is October 30, 2020, and no refund or replacement. I have called them at 1-800-328-0402 and all I get is a person called Gena ( strange user name???)This was not told to me by Walmart when I ordered this Filter and now I am stuck with a broken product and Walmart has a BLACK EYE for being part of this scam Shame on Walmart and Canada to let this happen.

Absolutely beyond disappointed with Ami Ventures INC. I ordered a folding bamboo dish rack back in August and got an email the next day confirming they received my order and when I can expect it to arrive at Walmart for pick up. Well, $54.07 later for a flippin' dish rack that I could probably build myself at this point was supposed to pick it up September 18th which then got pushed back to September 22 (just a couple more days of waiting which was fine).

RED FLAG NUMBER ONE: I called Walmart only to find out that it still hasn't arrived to the pick up location and was showing on their computer system that my item was still in transit. I had an email stating it was ready for pick up so I called Walmart back and spoke with the manager, few other employees and the online customer service line. Walmart tried their best to help me as I wasn't the only person having issues with this shady company who likes to just take your cash and over charge you for their shitty product that you are 100% guaranteed to not receive.

RED FLAG NUMBER 2: I called Walmart at least once a day to see where my item was. Still in transit... This was the first week into October now. I contacted Ami Ventures and to see where my product was.

RED FLAG NUMBER 3: Ami Ventures told me that my item had been "lost" just shortly after they shipped it out. I tried tracking it down with the tracking number I was giving, couldn't find a thing. I called Walmart back again so that we would be able to reach out to Ami Ventures. Walmart and I have sent off SEVERAL emails to this company.

RED FLAG NUMBER 4: Ami Ventures never wrote back to me to update me on the situation. I sent off emails and was being ignored. A few days later, I finally got a response from them and it was an email asking me if I wanted a refund or for them to send me another one if they have available. Uh, duh, I want my item I paid for and I should have at least been given a discount for the major inconvenience they've caused.

It is now October 29th and I STILL DON'T HAVE MY ITEM! Ami Ventures is an extremely unprofessional company that I will NEVER order items from again and will NOT recommend this company to anyone as they will be taken for a ride as well. How Walmart even still has them as third party sellers is beyond me. How this company hasn't been sued or anything surprises me. These dishonest ass clowns should be shut down. Absolutely disappointed with their service and how they handled this matter. I fail to believe they "lost" my item. I've ordered many products/items from Walmart online and a few other places and NEVER had an issue with them at all. Walmart has sent me an email stating that they're refunding me. 10/10 I highly recommend NOT purchasing from this shady, money grabbing, unprofessional company who has a bunch of idiotic mongoloids working for them who supposedly lost my item which, was most likely stolen by one of their ass hat employees. Why else would I receive an email saying that my product arrived at the location of choice but left to find out that it was NOT at the Walmart location I wanted to pick up from? This company is an absolute rip off and does not give two shits about the customer nor do they want to solve the issue accordingly. How this company isn't shut down is disgusting. They just take your money, "send out the item", "LOSE" your item(yeah I'm sure you lost it, more like one of your dirty greasy employees stole it), ignore you when you have complaints, and then offer a replacement item which they can't even deliver even if their lives depended on it. Screw Ami Ventures, they can't deliver a simple item appropriately, this company sucks camel dicks.

10/10 NEVER AGAIN! Would rate -10 stars if I could...

there is a problem. The seller changed their mind in selling the watch at the original price then said that I changed my mind, then now is saying that it was lost.

Then when one looks they are selling the same product 20% higher.

Is that the kind of Company that Walmart represents?

Ami Ventures deserve no stars. I placed an order on Walmart website which came from a 3rd party -Ami Ventures. Instead of getting sandals that I ordered, I received Christmas ornaments. After many emails back and forth, I mailed back the ornaments to Ami Ventures. They “assured” me that they would refund the shipping charge once they received the items. Well, they received the ornaments and I am still waiting for my refund. I’ve sent 8 more emails requesting my refund and received no reply. I tried to reach them by telephone which was a waste of time, recording came on saying I could not leave a message as the mailbox was full. Incredible, SCAM company. That’s how they stay in business....not refunding money. Buyer beware, they also sell on Amazon, EBay, Best Buy, Walmart and who knows where else. I am furious!!!!

AS OTHER REVIEWS INDICATE MY SAME EXPERIENCE,

WALMART.COM MUST END THE PURCHASING CONTRACT IMMEDIATELY.

AMI VENTURES INC. NEEDS TO DISOLVE THEIR BUSINESS.

I have ordered a product on Wal Mart from Ami Ventures. I thought Wal Mart would at a minimum doing a little vetting on their 3rd party sellers. No!!!!! Do not buy anything from this vendor. I ordered a product, received a tracking number through Shipping Global, then through Canada Post. The mail carrier arrived empty handed that day (I have cameras) but I somehow received a notification that my package was delivered. Opened an enquiry with mail carrier and they could not find the product!! I suspect nothing was shipped to be honest. Now 2 weeks later I am getting the run around with Wal Mart and scammy Ami Ventures. I have opened a fraudulent claim with my credit card, I have had enough. WASTE OF TIME.

WALMART THIRD PARTY. WALMART SHOULD NOT BE SUPPORTING THIS VENDOR. I BLAME BOTH WALMART AND THE SCAMMER AMI VENTURES INC. CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD. NO PRODUCT DELIVERED. TRACKING NUMBER INVALID PROBABLY WITH A FRAUDULANT SHIPPING CARRIER. NO HELP FROM WALMART AFTER CALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE THREE TIMES THEN TRIED ONLINE CHAT. DO NOT USE.

Negative 5 stars if I could!

- Ordered a few items (on Walmart.ca - all said "Almost gone" so I thought they were on sale) and soon got an email apologizing the shipment was damaged and asked me to cancel order because they couldn't continue the shipment with the damaged pellet. That was quite a lame excuse and sound like a lie (there was no update on record that it was shipped, my thought was they were trying not to honor the sale prices?) I checked online, items in stock but the prices were 5x more than my ordered price. I decided to wait instead of cancelling and reordering by paying 5x more.

- A week later got the update saying my order was shipped, but the tracking number was invalid. I asked via Walmart message and got a reply from Ami soon that due to cross boarder it takes time but did not answer about the invalid tracking number, ending the email with "We are sure that you should receive your order soon. Kindly update us once you receive your order."

- Meanwhile I got 4 follow up emails within the week (related to the original email, asking me to respond to cancel so they could proceed). So I asked via Walmart message again about the confusion. An email sent back within an hour that they could not retrieve a parcel after dispatched so I could not cancel - this confused me further. I wrote back and asked why I got conflicting messages? I didn't pick up a call from an unknown area code which later I found it was from Texas and in the voice message the Indian guy said he was from Walmart and left a short 16 sec but hard to hear message (asking me to call back? I did not, it was not Walmart but Ami Ventures).

- I messaged again and within an hour another voice message (10 pm!), claimed to be from Walmart again, Indian accent. Couldn't hear 90% of what was said but the words "shipment was lost in postal transit". A few hours later I received an email response that my order was shipped/in progress and cannot cancel, once I receive the items I can return them, etc. My goodness, what the heck.

I looked this company up online and found so many complaints with the very similar fraud pattern, why can they still exist? I also found on Linkedin the CEO (Indian), who claims to have 3 successful businesses with >200 employees and large revenue, but under the corporation record it is just a company with 2-3 staff. I support small businesses but not someone like this!

I now have just messaged via Walmart.ca again asking for refund. This is horrible. I wonder how long it takes to get my money back.

I will not buy from the marketplace anymore, not safe!

(per email the staff is either Aaron Z, Gary T or David P - guess they are all fake)

Purchased solo waxed 5 oz cups at quantity 1 for $41.55 plus 5.40 sales tax for a total of $46.95. What showed up at Walmart for pick-up was one sleeve of cups, aprox. 40 cups, for a total charge of $46.95. That is a cost of $1.17 per cup. Ridiculous, this company should not be used for any purchases without being fully checked out. Do not purchase anything from this company unless you do your homework.

Still waiting for my refund from 3 weeks ago - no communication - just the same robotic response and no refund on my $85 purchase that was promptly returned. Really getting pissed. Call their number in NY and the number has been disconnected. SCAM
