I wish I could give zero stars. Ordered a product from these scammers they were selling through Walmart in November. Still in January they did not send, but instead reported the product as delivered to Walmart. I contacted walmart and informed them and then this company said the product was lost in shipping. Said they would issue refund and still have yet to get back my money. Super upset. Walmart should get these shady overseas sellers who's english is extremely shaky when you call. Sounds like a scam call center that also periodically does possibly some legit business as some reviews on here claim people have been happy with some of their products.

do not buy from this vendor. I ordered a item from them via Walmart.com two days later after the item said it was being shipped it suddenly became 0.00 and I was refunded the money for no reason. There was zero communication and zero acknowledgement @ the fact that the product order I ordered from them was cancelled. I went to see if i could re-purchase the item but sure enough its price was increased by $5 so the money wouldn’t cover it. I reached out to Walmart to figure out if they could reimburse me with a free pen but they told me I had to conscripts the vendor. Trying to Contact this vendor Is like finding a pin in a haystack, zero communication and a huge inconvenience for me.

I bought a product through Wal-Mart on 12-16-2019 and here it is Christmas day and still no product. WTF? Why does it take so long to get it here? If crap like this keeps happening, I will no longer use Wal-Mart and use Amazon! Better to pay a few more $ and get iot on time.

Do not order from this company. They canceled my order and said I requested the cancelation. I did not. They claimed they tried to call me several times to tell me the item I wanted was damaged. They never called me. They said because I did not answer their phone call within 48 hrs it's their policy to cancel the order. I never received any phone call from them. If they were able to email me about canceling my order then why didn't they email me about the problem with the item I ordered. Very Very dishonest.

I am only giving 1 star because I have to. I placed an order for: Better Life Screen Cleaner - Naturally Smudge - Punching - Case of 24 - 2 oz.

Price$12.53

I received 1 bottle. They told me that Case of 24 - 2oz is a “technical glitch”. I believe they still owe me 23 bottles. I would not pay $12.53 for 1. AMI Ventures needs to honor this and fix their “technical glitch”. Customer service told me to call back in 5 hours for a resolution. The only acceptable resolution is for AMI Venture is sending me 23 bottles. I also said that AMI Ventures should call me back. Why should the consumer do the work? I also don’t think I should take personal time to return the product because of AMI Venture’s mistake.

Bottom Line: AMI Ventures needs to send me 23 bottles and then proof read what they are selling online before it is posted.

Ordered a simple game from Walmart, it comes through Ami ventures, at least when it DOES come (if). Always thought places like Walmart would deal with "suppliers" that don't supply. My order was Nov 8, shipping confirmed Nov 18, now Dec 4.....still waiting...…

I just received a call from AMI Ventures in Texas ..Could hardly understand the man because of a language barrier, but I think he said my order was damaged and I'd be getting a refund..I just placed the order last night ( Sat) and after reading the terrible reviews, I am now suspicious..We'll see!

All the previous reviews are not kidding!!! This is a con company. AMI Ventures overcharged me $21 and claimed the extra charge was for shipping they paid to the company they were dealing with that sent a 2 oz jar of cream and an invoice showing the correct charge to me.. My Walmart invoice showed free shipping!!! Wasted an hour of my time calling AMI and Walmart to see if I could be credited for the $21. Walmart said they will issue a credit. Hopefully it happens. It is beyond me why Walmart is dealing with such a shady & dishonest company! I don't plan on ever ordering from Walmart again. You don't know who you are really dealing with. Also, I ordered six items and they were all shipped separately and of course I received them on different days. They should receive a minus star!!!

I bought a pack of Pokemon cards and tried to cancel the same day after finding out that they were charging double the retail cost. Also these 60 card theme decks contain almost all repeat cards, meaning you basically get 30. I was told that their system is automated so they could not cancel and I would have to pay shipping to return. This would be almost half the cost. I've had Chinese ebay companies at least tell me to keep the product in exchange for some money back. After reading these reviews I'm not even sure I would get my money back at all.

I ordered 2 products from I thought, Wal-Mart. As it turned out, it was a third party seller. They emailed me at one point telling me the product was shown at the wrong price and to contact them. I did not know they were the third party seller and thought it was a scam email so deleted it. Have not received my product to date, so realized that they were, in their own way, cancelling my order. It was submitted on March 28, 2019 and today is June 24, 2019. I was excited to get the product so was very disappointed.

There is a pattern here, where honest paying customers are duped and stressed out by a third party vendor who uses Wal-mart as a front with no recourse.

We bought a birthday gift for our old son Mar 29th through Wal-mart.ca. Unbeknownst to us, the purchase was through this "company" and I use that term loosely because they obviously don't understand customer service whatsoever. Even though the item was in stock when the order was submitted, shipping was delayed until April 11th. We get an email dated April 11th to indicate the item shipped but ETA was mid-May? 6 weeks for an in-stock item? We emailed the company, requesting tracking update as the provided tracking number and carrier were invalid. They reply with a half automated email, blaming the postal service for losing the item and that it isn't trackable? Obviously with a bogus tracking number (RR.....) and carrier (OTHER-ST). We now have an upset soon-to-be 9 year old who is old enough to understand these things happen, but he wants tracking proof that the item is lost, to which the company continues to avoid answering, which carrier was used. They gave us a full refund but nothing can wash away this terrible experience!

As others have said, can't give less than 1 star which is too much! Buyers beware!!!
