Caught out twice with this company, money I could ill afford to loose.
Item was suppose to arrive on Feb24th/2021. I contacted them a day later to see when I could expect item seeing as the tracking number was not a valid number. Claims item was lost by post office and asked if I wanted a refund or another item shipped. I asked for refund so will wait and see what happens. Funny the phone number provided for contact, the 1st 3 digits were the same the 1st 3 digits of my old home number and the last 4 digits are the same as the last 4 digits on my cell phone number. If refund not received in 10 days I will contact Walmart seeing as I used Walmart gift cards to pay for order. Won't order anything from this company again!!!!!!!!!!
Hello, you said my order was shipped and then provided a tracking number. Then I get an email saying I changed my mind and issued me a refund. I never cancelled or changed my mind so that was a lie. This was supposed to be a gift. I suspect that for some reason you ran out of the product but to keep in good with Walmart you provided a tracking number to show that you shipped and then said I changed my mind to keep you in the clear. Please, prove me wrong by fixing this and sending me the product like you were supposed to.
Purchased Porc A Fix porcelain repair glaze and it was sent to West Virginia which is on the other side of the country. It was returned and reshipped to me. Took 9 days to get here. At least it's the right product and there was no extra shipping charge.
I'll have to remember AMI ventures and never do business with them again considering all the other complaints they have racked up.

So disappointing a company!!! After waiting weeks for delivery of a toy car , I am suddenly sent a refund instead. A bogus company who cannot fill their promises or word . Avoid this fly by night outfit. Rating 0 out of5

The next day or two later i decided against it because it wasn`t scheduled to be delivered for some time..maybe 3 or 4 weeks so i checked to see if it had shipped and i can confirm that when i called Walmart, it had NOT shipped. I asked the the Walmart rep if i could cancel seeing that it had not even shipped yet. Walmart was great and assured me that it had not shipped and that they would call AMI Ventures to facilitate my cancel.
Low and behold AMI didn`t want to loose the sale so they pretended that the item had shipped and later told Walmart that the item couldn`t be cancelled even though it had not yet shipped and would take close to a month to get to me. They tried to bully me by refusing to accommodate my request. AMI told me to hang tight and let the item come to my house and then simply send it back.Well I don`t get bullied and i know the signs of a sneaky company so i got pro active and called Walmart to explain that the item had not yet shipped and this was confirmed by the Walmart rep. Eventually Walmart made good and offered me the option to return to the item to the store for a full refund.
Well looks like i was right about AMI Ventures. They sent me an email stating that if i wanted to return the product now, i had to arrange shipping and then be slapped with a 20% RESTOCKING fee!... Up yours AMI Ventures, hope other people learn from your tactics!
Worst company ever. Ordered on Wal-Mart with free shipping. Received product, but had to pat USPS for postage when delivered. Contacted AMI for refund and was told it was buyers remorse so they couldn't give me my money back. Will never order anything that lists AMI as the supplier.
I ordered an item from Sears which is the wrong size. I need a return label. I contacted Sears, was told it was not a Sears product and was referred to e-bay, then tried Ami Ventures Inc. Marketplace FAQS, which is listed below the product information. It took me an hour and a half to get to the third place. I was told to click on help app. I was told I had to pay a dollar to get help and might sign up for monthly fee, then while on hold for 1/2 hour I could click and have something installed that would let me get help faster. I finally left the site. This is your notice that I will not pay the dollar fee or a monthly fee. ALL I NEED IS A RETURN LABEL. It won't let me leave without giving a rating, which is zero, but I have to check one star to leave this site.
I received a damaged chess board as a 3rd party through Walmart. I don't know who I am disappointed with more AMI ventures or walmart for dealing with this useless company. They don't honour their own return policies, I have emailed them 6 times and received a canned reply and have called them 8 times talking with the promise of a supervisor to call me within 24 hrs. I wish I could leave less than 1 star. Dishonest, scammers.
I bought a set of wines toppers labeled "Set of 12" and received 1... they said this was a UPC error and then offered me a 50% refund... which would be the price of 6...? How does that make sense...
I made my order with Walmart.ca and Ami Ventures Inc. was the third party. I received the order from Walmart.ca and found no compatible so needed to return and refund. Walmart.ca sent an email to Ami Ventures requesting the refund. I received a copy of the email send...no response. Phoned Walmart.ca and again explained and was told it would be escalated and wait for 48 hours to get a response. Passed...phoned again and explained the issue and told again it would be escalated and wait for 24 hours for a response from Ami Ventures. After a week of wait 24 hours and sent again I finally received an email from Ami Ventures saying my issue had been forwarded to the return department and would receive an RM number within 24 hours. Never happened so phoned Ami Ventures in TEXAS from CANADA not a toll free number. Spoke with Alega R. and PROMISED an RM number within 24 hours. Nothing. Phoned Walmart.ca told it would be escalated and wait 24 hours. Got a copy of the email sent to Ami Ventures...no response. Phoned Ami Ventures spoke with Joel...promised RM within 24 hours. Nothing... Called again spoke with Sophia. She transferred to the return dept. No answer but able to leave a voice message. No response. Walmart.ca says Ami Ventures must give the refund even though I purchased from Walmart.ca. and Ami Ventures doesn't respond to emails from Walmart.ca This battle has gone on for over two weeks. Every person I speak with says wait 24 hours...nothing happens so call 24 hours later and get a new person and start over. So...exhausted from trying to return I thought I'd set up and use as a second security system. Cameras didn't work and not able to add devices to my wifi. So screwed out of $400. no return or refund. Ami Ventures is a scam company. BUYER BEWARE of third party companies.

I ordered a craft for Christmas- had it shipped to a relative in another state. Art supplies were all dried up and not usable. Unfortunately, the box had been thrown away, so we were told we could not return...buyer beware!

I placed an order with Walmart on Dec 4 2020. I wasn’t aware it was a third party. It was a Christmas gift. I was notified it would be shipped out on Dec 11, 2020. It is now Jan 16, 2021. The tracking number didn’t exist, the phone number is wrong and the seller is Ami Venture. I’ve been in contact with Walmart 3 times and they keep telling me that the seller will be in touch with me. They refuse to refund my money. I’ve given them until Jan 19, 2021 before I go to BBB for both Walmart and AmiVenture. I won’t be shopping at Walmart in the future. Zero rating for both companies

Since they have the legal contractual right to terminate those marketplace vendors who provide poor quality service to their customers, why don’t they? If anything goes wrong, Walmart will hear it from me publicly.
I ordered an item from Walmart and Ami Ventures Inc is the vendor. My order was to arrive before Christmas. 15 later I contacted Walmart. Long story short they refunded my item and I reordered. They adjusted the price because when I originally purchased it it was on sale. The item was supposed to arrive yesterday. I called Walmart, who called the vendor. They gave another estimated delivery date 3 days from now. We will see. I saw on either the FedEx site or Walmart that FedEx wasn’t even in receipt of the item. The FedEx label was the only thing that was done.
My son picked a Christmas gift for his teacher and we put in the order for a TY dove beanie. It was sent to my area and then when I checked tracking it, it was sent back to Clinton, Utah for whatever reason. I contacted Walmart and they refunded it for me. Then the company resent the item to arrive after Christmas even though I cancelled it, made me responsible for refusing the package or sending it back to them and they would not provide me with a return label. Apparently they aren't aware that people who purchase packages online around Christmas will still received packages after. How am I supposed to know which package is what to refuse? Anyway, I opened the package, tried it closed and wrote return to sender. They haven't received the package bank and they had me contact USPS to find out where it is. This should ask be their responsibility, but mine. I may have opened the package, but they should have provided a return shipping label in case this happened. USPS informed me that because it was opened, then taped, the label no longer works for return without paying for shipping so the item may not be in their missing mail warehouse or whatever. This has been the worst experience with buying something, cancelling and getting a refund. Now I have to deal with them bugging me about USPS. Do not order from them. Pay a little extra for the product somewhere else. I wish I could do zero stars for most horrible.
