Ordered Sept. 1th 2022. Did not receive item. Check reviews before buying. Walmart should know by now they are scammers they have been dealing with this company since 2016. That tells me they do not care.

If I could leave negative numbers I would. I thought I was purchasing a product from Walmart at a price of $2.48 per unit and buying 3 units, for a total of $7.44. I was shocked when my dish soap was not in my Walmart pick up . I was told it was being shipped. After further investigation I discovered I was charged over $10.00 per unit for an item that was shown to be $2.48. This box ( UNOPENED ) will be going right back to Walmart for a refund.

Walmart should be more careful with who they allow to represent their name!!!!!

Why does Walmart continue to collaborate with this company? I ordered 3 items from Walmart only to find 2 would be fulfilled by AmericaRX. Walmart item arrived within days, while literally no word on the other 2 items. After a week of silence I got notice that the 2 missing items were shipped, only to finally receive only 1 of them (though invoice said 2 were enclosed). I emailed them & got a response 24 hours later saying they would look directly into it. 36 hours later there was still no word, despite my emailing again. Got a reply today at 3:am (is AmericaRX even in America?) today saying they would look into it. Wish I had read reviews before ordering - but it wasn’t clear to me that Walmart wasn’t handling these items…

Same as so many others. Seller advertised twin packs of the Rhoto Dry Eye drops I use on Walmart’s website. I was shipped singles.

Advertised one package of tincture of iodine to include 3 bottles. Sent one bottle in the package but charged for three. Were unresponsive until I lodged a complaint with Walmart. Walmart rectified the issue with a refund but I didn't hear back from this seller until afterwards. They still didn't acknowledge their mistake or offer to rectify it themselves. Walmart does a poor job of vetting their sellers on their website. Caveat emptor when it comes to dealing with these sub sellers on Walmart's site. Going forward, not going to purchase anything from a sub seller on Walmart's website. It simply isn't worth the hassle or the risk of not receiving the right merchandise that I'm being charged for when placing an order. Zero stars should be an option.

I was appalled at the extremely high price I was charged for a 7 oz. jar of Ponds cold cream thinking it was 9 oz. for the exorbitant price I paid. The customer help response was that the product was listed as 7 oz. and basically “ too bad so sad.” That’s NOT how to keep a customer happy and I’ll never buy from AmericaRX again.

Same point of view as everyone here. Ordered one thing and received another. Category was the same but brand and product of the medical product were not what I paid for AND they insist I prove what they shipped when they know damn well they didn't ship what I ordered. Even more infuriating is they package receipt says they shipped what I actually ordered off of Walmart.com. Dishonest, distasteful operation. Walmart should immediately stop working with them. 0 out of 5 stars.

I also recieved a product I didn't order and don't know why it is was sent with a bill. How has other found out how this happened?

AmericaRX Smart Shop is the worst shop place ever! Cheaters and scammers! If you see that name anywhere on website run as far as you can!!! It’s not enough they advertise one thing and send you completely different thing.. but after you receive the item if you try to return it they won’t take it back… even though on their website it says refund and return whiting 30 days after receiving… and their excuse… none !! Just because… so you end up getting stuck with crap they sent you!!! Unbelievable!! So.. scammers, cheaters, layers!!! Do not give them your business!!!go somewhere else!!!

Bizarre - got a package with hair products I never ordered. What kind of scam is this?

Was sent and billed for something I never ordered ...called and was told to call back later ...phone went to different number ...BEWARE THEY ARE SCAMMERS ...

Keep away from this seller. They are dishonest , horrible customer service. I ordered hear color from them . I was supposed to receive 3 packs in one order. They sent me one pack only. For my request to ship the backordered items, they refused saying that order was complete. This is a fraud company.

Don't buy from them.

$23 for ONE bar of Cetaphil soap. WTF? Who would be that stupid to buy from them. There are several other listed vendors that are price gauging as well. I never pay more that $2.5 - $3 per bar on average.

Totally sent wrong item.... have feeling this was done on purpose.

I never received an item I ordered from them. I called Walmart and they sent this information to American RX. American RX responded by lying to me regarding the tracking. They also did not send a replacement or offer a refund. I had to get the refund from Walmart. Do not do business with these people. I can't believe Walmart does. Honestly they do not deserve a one star rating.

charged me twice as much as costs in store, would not credit me or send another bottle, has horrible reviews yet walmart has kept them as a seller since 2016, walmart is corrupt too

This company is apparently a total rip-off. I order product worth $40 and never received it. Kept saying to wait 3 days. Never arrived! Do not order from this company.

This is not what I ordered I ordered dial Antibacterial body wash. There no Antibacterial on the ladle at all and I can get this same 16oz for way less then 12.87 it’s 10. Over the store price
