On Dec. 2, I ordered a book for $4.25 from Ambis, DBA Lakeside Books. On Dec. 12, I had not heard anything further from them about my order. I sent an inquiry, "Who is the shipper? What is the tracking #?" Lakeside/Ambis replied, "I have researched your order a little and it looks like it never loaded into our shipping manifest. I have someone looking into this issue to see what happened. I have canceled and refunded this order for you. I am very sorry for the inconvenience." No explanation for why they never informed me of the alleged "shipping manifest" problem until I inquired, or why they canceled my order instead of expediting it. No further explanation to me about "what (allegedly) happened." Amazon charges $7.99--almost double--for this book. I think $4.25 is not an actual price for which Lakeside intends to sell it. I think Lakeside never intended to send me this book. They hoped I wouldn't follow up and they could just keep what I paid for the book + shipping.

Didn't even come up as a valid shipping code via usps tracking was shipped jan 20th it is now feb 5th

Ordered item on January 23. It was marked as "shipped" on January 30. As of today, February 1, the status is "USPS is waiting to receive package." I guess this seller must not be in any hurry to get orders out...

I ordered a 2023 calendar from this seller on Walmart website Dec. 10, 2022 to give as a Christmas gift. I inquired thru Walmart.com 'where is my order'? Response from this seller is arriving late, Dec. 29, 2022, Sorry. I will not order from this distributor ever again. I feel my business is important to them. Heed the reviews of previous ratings - Do Not Order From This Distributor!!

Ordered a book the day after Thanksgiving. It's now Dec. 15 and my status moved to delayed. Guess this is what I get for not reading the reviews on this company. WalMart should not allow this seller to continue to get away with this garbage. Stay away. Stay very far away.

It's been TWO WEEKS since I ordered books. They are FOUR states away and I am STILL WAITING.

Order placed through Walmart. It has been a month and still waiting on merchandise. It says "shipped" on 9-16 but the tracking number is not valid in the USPS website. I just now found all of these one star reviews. Walmart shouldn't be using them and I won't order through Walmart again. At least Amazon has a seller rating so you can spot problem vendors. Now how to get my money back.

I ordered some Tabbies through Walmart.com--an order which was apparently filled by this "partner."

The problem is when this company shipped the item I ordered--they apparently just slapped it in an envelope with some postage and mailed it as a letter--meaning I have no means for tracking my order.

They claim they sent me at "tracking number" -- but the "tracking number" is just the order number with the letters "FCM" added at the end [for first class mail]. Since I work for a company which does packing and shipping through the USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL, I know for a fact that what this company gave me was NOT a tracking number for the US Postal Service.

So they not only provide inferior service to customers, they are dishonest in representing the items they ship as having a tracking number when, in truth, there is no way to track the items they ship.

I ordered a set of books on Dec 6. Dec 15 it says it arrived at the post office. 9 days to pull the order? It was supposed to be a Christmas gift and it is now Dec 26th and tracking still shows delayed. I live 7 hours away from the company and I don't know where my package is 3 weeks later! I contacted them 3 tomes and the answer that it was dropped off at the post office but no further assistance. I will never order from them again.

Same story as everyone else. Ordered item August 20th. Now it's September 8th. Tracking shows the book HASN'T EVEN BEEN GIVEN TO THE POST OFFICE. Will never order from this company again.

Yup, another 1 star review. Bottom line everything said above holds true to my order. I went through Amazon Prime and am on 15 days and counting on a book delivery. Maybe Amazon should reassess partnering with this company!

Ordered two Easter books on March 10. ONE arrived March 23. Have no idea where the other book is. Will never use this company again. Now have to find another book before Easter

Still waiting on a book ordered Feb 26th. Was supposed to arrive March 8th. Still have not received it. Shows delayed. Tracking number shows label was created on Feb 26th, but item was never dropped off at USPS. Still has not been dropped off to ship. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Ordered a cup on the feburary 12th it is now March the 2nd still haven't got it . There is no tracking number to give to the USPS. So it can't be traced. Is this a scam or what? Very unhappy. Beware of this company

Ordered a bible and waited almost 2 months before I FINALLY recieved it... tracking it only kept telling me "delayed". Same problem as everyone else. In the meantime I gave up and purchased another bible that only took less than a week to receive. Sent Ambis Enterprise emails but didn't really get much help on returning the bible. Eventually figured it out on my own. Won't EVER make this mistake again!!

I ordered a Bible on Aug 17 around 8 AM. Got an email later that day saying SHIPPED and arriving between Wed 19 and Fri 21 . It is now 13 1/2 days after and the Bible has not been shipped as yet. I emailed the company and checked the USPS tracking number... it was never shipped. It now says DELAYED... looks more like a scam after reading other customers comments.

Ordered on August 7, 2020 said shipped August 12th. Still have not received order!!! Will never order from them again!!!!!!!

Ordered around June 1,2020...ordered thru Walmart...to be shipped 6/16 - 6/22. Longest date from order to shipping EVER!!

and, guess what...it is 7:32pm 6/22 and order has not arrived. Any news?

Same story as the rest. I should have ordered through another company or direct from Wal Mart. Ordered on June 2nd. It is now 18 days later & the order updated to “delayed “ a few days ago. Wal Mart should dump this third party seller. I could’ve driven to Michigan to pick up this book by now.
