BUYER BEWARE!!! Purchased a Drone as a Christmas gift and hubby didn't want it as it was to advanced for him. Took it back to Walmart only to find out they can't accept it and that I needed to get ahold of Amazingadget, so I did. No response from them whatsoever! I have emailed several times and did not get a reply!! BUYER BEWARE!!

I returned a tablet. It was received snd signed for by the company. I have not been able to get a refund and it has been a month now. No response to emails and no way to call. I would never recommend this company. This isn't even worth 1 star

I will never order or recommend this company for anything. I purchased a tablet bundle around Christmas 2021 & returned it as soon as I received it on 01/03/2022. I have yet to receive my refund. However it’s been confirmed that they received it & signed for it through FedEx. This is sad & ridiculous to say the least about this company. No one responds to emails or anything at this point I’m just going to dispute the charge with my bank.

I can see now why this company is rated the way they are. The customer service is terrible and Walmart should stop allowing these off-brand companies to sell thru them. I have got the run-around with returning tablets and its just awful. I would not recommend this company and I will be reporting them to the BBB.

I bought 2 kids contixo tablets for my grand babies for Christmas when they got them one would not even come on we tried googling ways to try to get to come we tried everything I’ve tried calling and emailing them multiple times and nothing please do not buy from this company I wish I could put a half star because they suck

I rate this a zero actually. I ordered the tablet through Walmart.com. When I Received the tablet it was used bc there was already a pin associated with it. I will never but from Walmart.com again. They were no help and said I bought from a third party vendor. Bad experience.

i have s problem on s repair on a Contixo K101. Walmart got in touch with AmazinGadet and they are to repair this item. I sent it next day delivery on 2/18/2020 and I have emailed and called and have gotten no response. I called Walmart today and asked if they could help their customer service was very rude this time someone lady name Jay. Do not ever buy when it is from an outside vendor because Walmart doesn't stand behind these products. I feel that Walmart took my money and they don't stand behind their products. Pass this on to Better Business and any one you can.

I purchased a Contixo drone from your company for Christmas. Here we are three weeks later; the drone will not fly due to one of the propellers not turning? How can I get some assistance with this?

This tablet does NOT hold up as described. It is marketed as a durable tablet with a rubber protection. One drop and it was ruined. No number or way to contact anyone about the warranty.

I ordered a Contixo 7" Kids Tablet V8-3 Android w/ WI-FI Camera since March 30, 2020. To This Day I Have Not receive the Tablet for my neice. The company shipped to the wrong state, (TWICE), I tried calling the company in Chino, California they won't answer,. UGH! I hope they will fix my problem.

I ordered a tablet . A porch pirate stole it . I’ve been going through the hassle of trying to get a refund . Walmart sells the item but due to it being a third party seller Walmart can’t refund me my money . Please never order from them . Second time buying and i’m on file purchasing from them & this is a night mare . First time i bought was a tablet for me it was poor quality .

I was purchasing this for my daughter for Christmas and was very excited to order it for her because it is her favorite color, and she has been wanting one for some time now. Only to find out my order was cancelled because there was an error with the price. I was never contacted from Walmart, nor you. I am very dissatisfied and at this point I will never purchase anything from amazinggadget or Walmart again. If it was listed for $29.99 that was not my fault and the price of $29.99 should have been honored. My order should have NEVER been cancelled. Now I have to order her a tablet elsewhere.

Do not purchase from this company! I purchased a drone as a Father’s Day gift. It didn’t work. When I returned it, they claimed that it did work and I should have called them for assistance and since I didn’t, they would charge me a $56 restock fee - to restock a non functioning item. I reordered from another company and it worked perfectly so it clearly wasn’t user error.

I bought 2 tablets for my kids beginning of April, they get so hot my kids cant use them. Cant find anywhere to talk to someone about returning or replacing.

Ordered a tablet through them for my 3 year old. Tablet is junk, won't boot properly and says something about Launcher3. Tried to contact them about returning on January 3rd. Got a couple emails back, after I contacted Walmart support about the issue with this seller. They asked for my email address to send a return shipping label, but they have yet to send me anything. Don't buy anything from this seller. If I could give them lower than 1 star, I would.
