scammer seller, STAY AWAY
Received item from DKL that was suppose to be a Abercrombie Fitch. Clearly a counterfeit product that wasn’t at all close to what I ordered. They wouldn’t respond to my complaint. Luckily Walmart stepped up and took care of me well . Walmart needs to drop them as a vender, not helping their name. Never buy from DLK inc. one star is being generous !
Very bad customer service. They emailed me because I returned item and they kept blaming me that they will file bankruptcy because customers like me returning products to them. They want easy money and not willing to care about customer service. Such a shame that they are part of Walmart customer service!! Soooo bad!!! Don’t buy products from this seller.
This is the worst vendor I have delt with . I had an issue and contacted them . Their reply was not helpful and even went as far as sarcastic. They refused to refund an item that was clearly covered. I had to report them to Walmart corporate. I would recommend that you do not buy their merchandise. They at this time do not have any positive reviews . I would actually give them a negative 5 stars if I could
take your money and refuse to send the item.
Bought Versus by Versace. Have been buying this perfume for over 10 years. Can’t find it in stores anymore so reluctantly bought online. Don’t buy it it’s fake.
