Ordered an item June 4th. Said it was shipped but kept watching tracking number and item never delivered to USPS. They contacted me today, June 29, item not shipped. Said they will give me a credit of $21.00. I wonder if I’ll ever get my refund after reading all the bad reviews. I’m so disappointed.

Ordered sheet set on April 9,2020 on april 12 site said it was shipped was given tracking number. Now says shipped, delayed. Here it is end of june and still no package, no nothing. I give 0 stars

Very poor service. The shoes I bought got holes in the back after wearing only 4 or 5 times for walking, which was 10 hours or less. Walmart referred me to Midwest Sales to get a refund. Midwest said they would refund me half and that I wouldn't have to send the shoes back. I wanted a full refund. I got nowhere with Midwest, and contacted Walmart again who said they would try to get a full refund. Shortly after that I got an email saying that I was credited the half amount, $26.50. I should be getting a full refund for shoes that do not last more than 10 hours. The email from Walmart would not let me reply, but said it was through Amazing Cross Cloud Deals. I wish I had seen all the other similar reviews before buying. It doesn't even deserve one star.

WOW!, I should have come to this site first. I was not happy with my experience either. By the time I had to pay for shipping and restocking fee, Out of a $256.00 purchase, I will net $89 back on my card. It also took a week to get a return authorization number. This was my first experience using this method of purchase to Walmart. It was not clear to me that when I purchased this item off of the Walmart Website, that I was not buying from Walmart. Like a dummy, I drove to Walmart to return the item and they said they could not receive it, etc. etc. etc. These days one has to watch out for these third party sellers on Amazon site as well as Walmrat

Thieves . I ordered an upright freezer in April . My credit card was charged May 1st . Tracking number Created for USPS March 7th . It’s June and I’ve YET to receive an order , refund , return call , or even a response to my emails ! Crooks ! Now I’ve been charged interest on that charge for 3 damn months ! Still NO RESPONSE . NO FREEZER . NO REFUND . Do NOT order from this pathetic excuse for a company !!

I got an email message that package was delivered ... it never was delivered. There were three items. Walmart, arranged refund for only two. the copy of the order was inaccurate... evidently this company has a history of not delivering and getting away with it because of the confusion within the Walmart org.

I ordered a laptop and the day after it was due to arrive, I received a cancellation. I have not received any word from the company (Tech Max) in response to my email. I will never use this again.

A simple hearing aid battery order. What could possibly go wrong ? !! Order goes through, I have order #, next day email says shipped and given USPS tracking #. Delivery stated expected in two days. After four days following due date, tracking says "delayed check status later". When I call Walmart for assistance in locating my package they communicate that third party seller says "lost". Walmart says they will refund and I say but I want the product. Walmart says third party seller has 24 hours to respond to me then I can request refund from Walmart.

Worst business ever! Why is Walmart allowing these fraudulent third parties access to Walmart customers? Poor choice.

Shocked that Walmart is allowing this company to continue to sell on their site when they are clearly scammers. Waited on chat hold with Walmart for 50 minutes, but did finally get a refund. My item was delivered to a California address when the shipping address is Pennsylvania. Tried contacting seller twice but they don’t reply. Would rate no stars if I could.

I am VERY disappointed in Walmart and their 3rd party practices. I will never order from Walmart again after the runaround I got. I spent $55.00 on two pairs of men's short sway to long called them they said send them back and use the bar code that came with them and we're send you a full refund and you won't pay shipping. Two weeks later they credit my account for only $41.13. Try to contact them because it was a 3rd party they said go to there web site and e mail or call them couldn't find a number or e mail. So they ripped me off for $14.00. Beware what your order from them.

Walmart’s 3rd party Market Place dealings suck at the least,bordering on dishonesty,rife with subterfuge in their “helpful” information and lack of any decent customer support. Not upfront and open about the purchase before it goes to Marketplace seller. There logo is on every piece of communication,right at the top,but when it comes to returns or anything about the sale, they keep you on hold or transfer you to another party with no human communications and very rude and crude refund practices. So long Walmart,wish you offline. Get out of Marketplace for your customers sake.

I ordered an ac unit which was set to arrive May 2nd..that day it showed it was in transit. Well today is May 6 and the product hasn’t arrived! Now I’m unable to track item online! After several calls to Walmart online customer service, they decided to issue a replacement. Hopefully this goes well....

I will also contact corporate office to advice them to view all similar issues on reviews. They all have the exact same problem!

What's lower than one star????Promptly received from Brooklyn, NY warehouse minimally packaged, flimsy masks of unknown and questionable materials from God knows where. Very expensive for such poor quality. Embarassed to donate, afraid to use. Thought I was getting USA made product from Quest but I DONOT BELIEVE IT. My first and last time doing this third party stuff. Expecting refund, but I do not know when or how. As others have said reason given for a refund would be "damaged" , but TRUTH is they were made and sent that way. No apology or ownership! Nothing damaged except this off- shoot company's reputation. I value honesty and quality and detest ripoffs . I have seen 3 different company names besides Walmart's. Is this a pyramid scheme ? Walmart, please flee from this evil choice of vendors! Wish I could rate 0. Worst experience I have ever had. Definitely never order from there again. I never received my order. Said it was shipped but no tracking or contact with seller. I explained I wanted a refund so they sent me a shipping label to send the item back. I never received the item so I couldn’t send it back. No correspondence from them no matter how many messages I sent. Thank goodness for Walmart getting my refund . Horrible company. Walmart needs to drop them before they ruin their good standing. Five stars to Walmart!
