Amazing Cross Cloud Deals

What does it say about Walmart that they continue to allow this seller on their site? I was given a phony tracking number and it was a hassle to figure out what was going on. Wish we could give negative stars

Ordered a computer because "Get it in two days". They shipped it late, it got "lost in the main" and took two weeks to get here, only to discover they sent me the wrong computer and when I tried to boot that computer up, it didn't work. Then, after returning the item, they sat on it for DAYS to "process" I ordered the item two months ago for my business and not having it has cost me $10,000 in lost revenue. This company is a sham, a waste, and they are all crooks. This has turned me off of Walmart.com and Walmart as a company. With so many low reviews, who would stake their reputation and money on them?

I ordered 3 tubes of an eye roll on. It showed the tracking of my order, FedEx was to deliver it 9/13, it shows they did but I NEVER GOT THE ORDER!! I guess I will just never order from WalMart.com again...............seems to always be a hassle.

I ordered a product on 8/15/2021. They said it shipped on 8/19/2021. Not only did it Not come! I wasn’t notified it wasn’t coming til I contacted Walmart on 9/6/2021. I needed this product ASAP. Not impressed with this service.

HUGE dissapointment, I received an email saying an adjustment had been made, that I changed my mind on the purchase. I AM PISSED. I had no clue that this wasn't actually coming from Walmart, no wonder the item was $25 cheaper than Amazon, they probably couldn't get my item for the price stated. I was expecting this delivery today, guess I have to go to a store and physcially pick up my item as I don't want to wait on the Amazon purchase. WHY IS THIS COMPANY STILL ATTEMPTING TO DO BUSINESS IF THEY WON'T SEND YOUR PRODUCT!!!!! I CAN'T GIVE LESS THAN ONE STAR.......

You are ripping people off you are not sending the products people have ordered, I have not received the printer I ordered and reordered it and still never received it. You are a scammer and you will be reported and that includes Walmart and there business practices. You don't even deserve one star but you got it only so I can send this review. As I said at first you STINK!!!!!

This company is a total scam. They sent me an email at 1 a.m. eastern standard time to let me know that I was getting a refund because customer changed her mind. I NEVER changed my mind that is a total lie on their part. Then I responded that I wanted a replacement and they responded that they were sorry but they had already refunded me. The receipt status said delivered which is most definitely was NOT. The reason I was given by the company was that the courier lost the package. Never buy from this third party. I will be getting in touch with Walmart and let them know that they are dealing with a company that is suspicious. It is probably to get your information like email, cellular number, address, etc. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau administration. They don't deserve a star rating but in order to send this attention to those who read reviews I had to put 1 star.

I wish I could give these people zero stars.

I usually use Amazon whenever I want to buy stuff online but they didn’t have this particular candy I wanted. I found it on Walmart and this “company” was selling it. Tracking told me it was delivered to my house but it never was. I waited a few days to see if it would show up but it never did. I then received an email from Walmart giving me a refund but also in the email it said the reason why they were giving me a refund is because the seller told Walmart that the “customer changed their mind”.

I never changed my mind. I never even contacted the seller about anything so how would they know what I wanted? The whole thing was so sketchy I’m not going to order anything people are selling on Walmart’s website unless it is from Walmart directly.

Ordered a swing-set…got an email 2 weeks later that item had been shipped. Then an email that says order cancelled “customer changed their mind” got the refund…but clearly this company shouldn’t be able to sell on Walmart due to all these complaints. Walmart…wake up!!!

This is a Chinese Company, on Walmart they operate under the name Lab Work Auto Parts. They claimed to have 3 of the items I wanted to order a quantity of 1 from. After placing my order , they shipped it to the wrong address, not just the wrong address but the wrong City which was not even close to my location.

I honestly think China has their people doing everything they can to destroy the USA by doing it it deceitful ways to disrupt our business and cause chaos as they did to the world un leashing the Covid 19 virus on the world and refusing anyone from trying to find it's origin.

Wake up you stupid American Politicians, cut off all business with China, let's go back to Made in USA Quality and stop selling us out to pander to your Corporations who get you re elected by fooling American voters by trying to turn us against each other, while our Corporations use Chinese Labor to profit while selling us poor quality Chinese products and services.

The Chinese people are victims of their government and ours for supporting their government through business. What ever happened to fighting communism? Our Greedy Politicians have sold us out for Corporate greed.

This is 100% a scam- do not purchase anything through them. Tried to purchase a swing set, which allegedly shipped and was received by us- this never happened. After I complained to walmart (who was great, FYI), I got two "responses" from the company- both making up excuses that were clearly false.

Amazing Cross Cloud Deals are total BS. Do Not order from them. Walmart was a bad enough ripoff, now they have other people to do it for them. Like others, I ordered an item that never showed up. First they said there was “ fault on the product”. Fisher Price, really? And they would reshipment 4-5 days. Later the same day, they said it was a carrier mistake and it was also unavailable in their stock and they would be refunding my money. I don’t want my money, I want what I ordered.

I ordered three squirrel feeder cakes from wal mart. I received an email saying it would arrive on Mon/Tues 19/20 of July 2021. I then receive an email a few days later saying it was delivered on that day... A Sunday at 8:30 am. They are not here and I am out 36 dollars. I call wal mart and they told they would send a request for reshipment from their market place seller. The next day I receive an email saying that I was going to be refunded the price of one of the three items. Imagine my surprise that when I look up the sellers info I find this review site with so many bad reviews. /rolleyes

What did these assholes do, sell me something, then take it back because they thought they could sell it for a higher price, after I already bought it?? Yeah, these guys are completely rotten, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE JERKS. This will also make me STRONGLY consider not doing any business with Walmart, as Walmart seemingly is okay with dealing with these people, despite their overwhelming negative complaints reviews and complete lack of professionalism

Received an email saying my package was delivered by FedEx, but I never got it. Was going to wait a couple days (like Walmart asks) before reporting it missing. The next morning I got another email saying I was refunded because there was a billing error. I just don’t understand how I have a detailed tracking report on the package, but it was never even sent. It doesn’t make sense. Won’t be buying from them again.

ordered from amazing cross cloud deals did not get and someone called and said did not get so walmart credited it on 5-27-21, they say delivered 5-26-21 i called 6-1-21 to say did not get something is not right

What exactly is your endgame? You screw a lot of people out of their time, and then say "they changed their mind", as you have done to me also, and then refund everyone. I really don't know why WALMART ALLOWS THIS, because it's pissing off a lot of customers!!!

Ordered an item nearly two weeks ago with an anticipated delivery of three days from now. Just got an email saying the order was cancelled due to the customer changed his mind. I've ordered this item twice with the same result. I won't order from a Wal-Mart fulfillment company again.
