Have purchased from Walmart and received most of my orders/packages. I purchased through this third party and they claimed to shipped the item but I never got my order. They told me to dispute the charges with my bank. This is a fake company and I can not believe Walmart is doing business with them.

I've received your scam and this will not be tolerated.

Hi I’m not one to make reviews but I really felt it was necessary so I ordered a Mac book pro I knew it would have some imperfections but it has a huge dent and it was boxed terrible but I got pass all of that when I plugged it in the charger it got so hot the white charger turned brown because for some reason it was burning learn from our mistakes and stay away I wish I could give 0 stars

Used this seller via Walmart.com w/onyx knowledge. Had I seen these other reviews would have avoided them like the plague! Shipping packaging was excellent, double boxed in fact! However once I got to the contents I knew something was wrong. Instead of being in a manufacturers box, the pieces were individually wrapped in clear plastic bags?? MISSING: Remote, charging base, ac power plugs! In the packages were the Hub, some rf receivers and a bag of cables, a pre-opened instruction/warranty paperwork, clearly used and wrinkled, the document box seal was also broken. Could be other missing items? Returned same day as recd., was very pissed off. Found out later this same 3rd. Party vendor ALSO sells the remote alone!

Do not buy from here. THESE PRODUCTS ARE DEEMED no good . I wouldn't buy from here ever again ..macbooks have cosmetic issues and they hide them with covers

I ordered a an ipad 5th gen. with 128mg and it worked great for 3 weeks, now you can't even turn it on. funny how when you try to call them no one answers, what ever you do. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY ! they are selling nothing but JUNK..... I can't believe walmart would be associated with this company.

Horrible seller!! They ship late and in packaging that does not protect the item. When contacted they simply refer you to take the item back to Walmart and deal with the hassle of returning it during a pandemic. No care for customers at all. I wish I could give them 0 stars.

Never buy something.

They would have to work real hard to be worse!!! Placed an order. Was assured it would be here on Friday. I finally gave up and reached out the following Thursday. they shipped it Fed Ex which does NOT ship to PO Boxes, which I have. Guess what? It was returned to them. Was I told? No!!! Did they try to reship or reach out to me? NO!!!

Ordered Logitech C930e webcam via walmart.com. Received C930c instead, which is for the Chinese market and a quick search shows problems working with English-language computers and inability to update the firmware when used with the Logitech updater.

I do not like bait-and-switch.

Returned to local store unopened. Others might not have noticed the one letter change in model number.

(Another annoyance with the return process, customer service generated a FedEx return label and put it on the same FedEx Express bag as it arrived in. In store FedEx shop complained, as if it was my fault, that it was in an Express bag when it was returning non-Express. Additional training is needed for customer service staff.)

Horrible seller. They sent me an IPad that doesn’t work. I tried to return it to Walmart twice I tried to get on Walmart app to contact this third party seller and it would not allow me to. I am calling my local news media and filing a complaint with the attorney general. I will get results one way or another. I am also contacting Walmart Head Quarters!

HORRIBLE SELLER. I ordered an Xbox controller since mine broke. On the day it arrives, they send me a whole Xbox one X instead. I would have kept it, but there’s too much gray area when it comes to that so I decided to return it in hopes that I would get my original item soon. But get this, they stated that they couldn’t send me my original item until they got the returned item back. At first I thought that was fine, I got the item in 2 days, it shouldn’t take too long for them to get it. The return takes a week plus to get back to them and by the time it gets back to them, my original item is out of stock so they can’t send me it, so they refund me. Like I get that you don’t usually reserve items, but in this case shouldn’t it be logical to do so? An item is wrongfully received, and the original item must be sent back so it should be reserved. Anyways, even if that wasn’t the case, the return process was still way too long. And also, how does one mistake a whole $400 heavy console with a small $100 controller. If you see that it’s sold by this dealer, EXTRACT lol

i ordered a refurbished laptop and the windows is not genuine.......this is like getting a car with no engine.........please avoid this company

I bought a refurbished Apple IPad for my grandson. We tried to get it ready for a Christmas gift. It was locked. Took it back to Walmart and was told I had to start a return on Walmart.Com. It was sold b Always.Deals. Tried calling them several times to get a shipping label. Phone is always busy.

I bought 2 iPad mini’s for my 2 stepdaughters they came quickly and came in great condition.Everything works great except we can’t seem to download anything from the App Store the iCloud account says it needs to be reviewed? So we press review and a blank screen appears with a loading circle in the middle we wait and wait and nothing you can’t get it to load or clear from the screen.

I didn’t really check the reviews but I should have and I’m so embarrassed by this I have two 11 yr olds looking at me like a rip off to there Christmas.I know that we are warned to steer away from scammers like this but dam. As a mother of 3 and 4 step kids that’s a total of 7 kids so for those who know what it’s like to live sparingly you know the gut wrenching pain I’m feeling .

I ordered a refurbished iPad for my son bday it appeared perfectly fine , once we charged the iPad it immediately start glitching I’ll put A it will jump to “Z and Y it’s really no good , they want me to pay shipping to ship it back then they tell me they have no more in stock then they have to examine the item and I have to wait for my money I am a single mom this is why I ordered a Refurbished ipad but I will never order from here again my son bday gift ruined
